Great option for families. We got free upgrade from studio to spacious well-equipped 1-bedroom suite with 2 bathrooms and spacious patio. Rituals cosmetic supplies, tasty and sufficient breakfast in a box, free minibar supplies, attentive and helpful reception staff made our stay pleasant. We even got small farewell gift and loyalty reward.

Very nice hotel very well equipped, nice location. We enjoyed so so much. Deserve 5 out of 5 .. I strongly recommend this hotel and will be my best choice if visited Kaprun or zellam see. Mini market , restaurants, coaster , cable car to top mountain is very closed …

Wonderful family skiing holiday. A Lovely comfortable and stylish 4 bedroom penthouse apartment with balcony in Kaprun. The apartment is beautifully decorated and very well equipped with all mod cons. A Wholesome breakfast delivered to your door every morning was a treat! Shuttle service to the local ski area on request was an added bonus too. The staff were really warm, welcoming, friendly and attentive. Will definitely be going back.

Really nice place in the heart of Kaprun and I will stay there again, location is excellent and there is Bella market about 4 minutes walking and it is about 10 minutes driving to Zell am see.. I stayed in a studio suite with terrace very comfortable apartment

Good points: mattress quality very good, kitchen well equipped, breakfast box (as there is no restaurant, even if eggs are not cooked which is surprising) good and Kaprun summer card included. Cleaning and reception personnel professional and sympathic. Not good at all for the price / category: bed head fully scratched, Ritual products in the bath not working (pumps blocked), very warm in the room with no possibility to adjust as you dont want to let the only window open because grants access to the room and lets light full in.

We stayed in 3 bedroom apartment located at ground floor. The apartment is nice but very small to accommodate 8 people. Internet is excellent, staff are just wonderful and helpful. Special thanks to Mr Salma who was very supportive. One thing needs improving is to provide fans to all rooms during summer period. This should be an obligation rather than “a courtesy “.

I booked a room and a hall. As soon as I entered the room, I took two steps back, as if I was inside an animal hole. The cleanliness is very bad, as you find cobwebs weaving in the balcony. The breakfast is poor. We were three people, one family. They come to us in the morning with three uncooked eggs, and you have to cook them, and the milk is not enough. It is for one person only, even the juice is not enough at breakfast. It is for one or two people, and we are three. Also, the treatment of the hotel staff and the manager is uncivilized, and there was extortion for me and my family, as my wife was cooking in the hall, and the alarm bell rang, and the receptionist came a day later, and she stated that we would pay a fine of two thousand euros, a bell fine Of course, I did not pay the warning, and after two days, the manager prepared a paper and stated that I had paid 150 euros only. I felt that the aforementioned were blackmailing us just because the alarm bell had rung. Also, the location of the hotel is on the outskirts of the city of Kaprun, and the price is very, very high compared to others. Beautiful hotel with a touch of luxury. Very friendly staff, great and tastefully furnished rooms and everything was clean and well maintained. We had only booked one night's stay over the weekend, but it certainly won't be our last stay there! Absolutely to recommend!
