Hauptärgernis: In der Dusche lief kein warmes Wasser, am Waschbecken kam es lauwarm. Kurz vor 22:00 h per E-Mail reklamiert (Da war die Rezeption schon lange nicht mehr besetzt). Kurz nach Zehn kam die Antwortmail: "das Wasser sollte eigentlich noch warm sein. Ueber Nacht wird allerdings die Zikulation abgesenkt. " Am nächsten Morgen wieder kein warmes Wasser, selbst wenn man es 1/2 Stunde laufen ließ. Wir haben dann ausgecheckt und wollten den zweiten bereits bezahlten Tag erstattet haben. Nein! Man sei doch kein Sternehotel, und außerdem sei das Wasser ja warm. Beim Ortstermin hiel der "Chef" die Hand unter das laufende Wasser und triumphierte "Bitte, ist dich warm!" Inzwischen (10:30 h) war es tatsächlich lauwarm, keinesfalls aber warm genug zum Duschen. Nein, den gebuchten zweiten Tag könne er nicht erstatten, höchstens das Frühstück. Wer also zu den Zeiten, wo er möchte, duschen will, der sollte dieses "Hotel" dringend meiden. Ansonsten: Check-In erfolgt vollelektronisch an einem großen interaktiven Monitor neben der Rezeption. Jeder, der dort steht, kann lesen, was ich da eingebe: Name, Adresse, Telefonnummer, Geburtsdatum, Autokennteichen etc. Datenschutz? Was ist das denn? Das Frühstück ist sparsam, aber ganz nett. So sparsam, dass es nach Ankunft des dritten Gastes im Raum keine Salami mehr gab. Nachlegen? Konnten wir nicht beobachten. Fazit: Nie wieder!
