Overall, enjoyed my stay and would stay again if I am in the area.

It's a very nice hotel as the location is just next to a pub bar with a live band. As a visitor in this city, it's a nice way to spend the night. Plus it's a few minutes away from the train station. The buffet breakfast was good, lots of choices. The front desk receptionist was very accommodating and the front door guard helps us to call for a taxi. The staffs were all nice and helpful.

The hotel is conveniently located, only 5 minutes away from the MRT station. However, there are many areas in the room that need to be improved. I stayed for three nights. The first morning housekeeping knocked on my door at 9:45 wanting to clean the room. I've never been disturbed so early in the morning by housekeeping. Also, a phone call would have been better appreciated as I was still in bed. Second day there I return to my room after a day of sightseeing and find a pair of men's underwear in my room. Housekeeping also did nothing to clean or organize my room. I'd have to think twice before I'd stay there again.
