The homestay picks up self-check-in. The check-in time is from 4 pm to 10 pm. There is no way to contact the service staff immediately after check-in at 9 pm. Call the emergency phone and keep telling you that it is off work time. It is recommended that people who want to stay late must contact the store in advance to avoid panic. Check-in is to contact through the line and have a sticker at the door. The comfort and cleanliness in other rooms are quite good.

114.01.03-01.05 First visit Let’s talk about the disadvantages first! ① Average sound insulation (doors closing on the same floor can be heard, and outdoor noise is quite noticeable) I live on the 7th floor. ❷The 2025 Act prohibits the hotel industry from providing disposable toiletries. (This is understandable, but if you need it, you need to pay an additional $20 to purchase it...) ③The hotel’s breakfast is a la carte set meal (staple food + beverage), not an all-you-can-eat buffet. I think it is not a good idea for the food delivery staff to knock on the door to inform guests when delivering food, as it may disturb the guests in the room. We stayed for two nights, and the food was delivered on time on the first day, but nearly half an hour late on the second day. ❹There are no signs or lights such as ”Do Not Disturb” or ”Help Cleaning” in the room, so it is not very intuitive to use. ⑤The hotel opened in October 2013 and is an extremely new hotel. However, the socket design does not include convenient devices such as USB sockets and WIFI. The TV only has Channel 4 and YouTube, and it is not a smart TV. ❻There is no makeup mirror on the desk in the room, which is inconvenient for women. Advantages: ①The hotel was established in 113.10, so almost all the facilities and hardware are new. ❷The hotel does not provide PET bottled mineral water. Instead, we use water bottles and install ice, warm and hot water dispensers on each floor. This is very environmentally friendly and reduces the output of plastic waste. ③The counter service staff are enthusiastic and polite, and have a good professional image. ❹The toilet is equipped with a bidet, which is in line with the trend of the times. #My feelings are not the same as everyone else's, thank you for your patience in reading this:)

It takes about 12-15 minutes to walk from Pier 2 Art Zone. The room is clean and tidy, and the toilet is separated from wet and dry. There is also a capsule coffee machine in the room, which is great. There is also a children's playroom on the third floor, and the breakfast is also good. Will stay here again next time I have the chance.

Late review but really unforgettable stay experience 🥺 The landlord sister contacted WhatsApp in advance and informed the check-in details, so the communication was very smooth, and she was always concerned about greetings from check-in to check-out. The decoration of the B&B room is very unique. I found that the wall is not wallpaper but handmade murals. The homestay is very clean and quiet. I brought food to my relatives and friends. The landlord sister took the initiative to say that I can use the refrigerator, oh. This time I came to Kaohsiung to see old friends, but the day I wrote a review has planned a new trip to Taiwan with new friends. I hope I can stay again!

The place was very clean and the staff were kind, polite, and spoke English well. They explained everything clearly from the beginning and gave me a full tour of the property. There is a dining area, and before taking the elevator, you need to change your shoes. Each guest has a room number and should place their shoes in the matching shoe rack. I recommend adding the hotel’s Line account — they will send all the details there. No key is needed to access the room; everything is done using codes. The room is spacious and has a large locker for storage. The shared bathroom was clean and fully equipped with essentials like a toothbrush and towels (including small ones). There is also a modern laundry area that connects two parts of the building through the same door — it feels like one place, not two. It’s about a 5-minute walk from the BTS station, which is very convenient. The only downside is that the entrance was confusing when I first arrived. The map pin showed a laundromat, but the actual entrance is on the back side of the building. Overall, a great stay. I recommend it.

The duplex room was perfect for families with kids. The only minor inconvenience was that the washbasin was situated outside the bathroom. There were quite a few raised thresholds in the room, so it's advisable to watch your step. Overall, the rest of the experience was good; the room felt primarily designed for simply resting and sleeping. Dining in the room was rather inconvenient, and the outdoor balcony had a significant mosquito problem. My suggestion is to eat out before returning to the hotel to relax.

Easy transaction and very helpful staff. My room is quiet big,but little dark. And one more concern is the fiber of the bed cover,it’s itchy to my skin.

Great Stay – Highly Recommended This hotel is a great place to stay! The location is superb, with convenient access to FamilyMart and McDonald's just nearby. The room was very nice, clean, and comfortable, and the service was excellent throughout my stay. Facilities were perfect and well-maintained, making the overall experience smooth and enjoyable. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, this hotel offers great value and convenience.

Advantage: Nice location. 3-4 Mins walk to Dayi Warehouse and LRT. 10 Mins walk to Yanchengpu busy area. The room and bed is comfortable enf though. Room is small but the design layout is good. The place for putting the luggage is perfectly fit for a 30 inches trunk. And there are shelves for other personal belonging as well. Cleanliness is good too. There are micro wave and washing machines on B1. Disadvantages: Staff usually wear a poker face. After knowing your little special request like High Floor, better view, They simply ignore your request by not listening. And then still use the Emachine to random assign for you. Fair enough though, everyone is random. Chit chat at the counter but rarely greet any guest. Perhaps hospitality shouldn’t be applied on this 3 star budget hotel. Soundproof super weak. Fully clear of what next door is saying. Not quite friendly for couples :) The phone is just a decoration and an alarm clock. There’s no way to contact the FO except going down. Conclusion: Value for money. Overall had a pleasant stay in there. Still will be the first choice to stay in Yanchengpu.
