這一整棟建築應該是蓋來讓人投資用的，每層樓都是不同的私人住宿業者，然後白天一定會聽到附近在裝潢。這個大樓除了地點以外，沒有更多原因能吸引旅客前來，包括價格。

整體來說寬敞舒適乾淨，cp值很高很滿意，唯一細節是清淨機及冷氣濾網需清潔
沒有停車場，不過樓下有路邊車格還算方便
