It was okay overall. There was free ice cream for us and aside from the weak aircon in summer with room service daily. One night there was a strong scent of smoking and the reception provided an air cleaner.

The hotel staff were very kind and friendly. The location of the hotel was all right. The breakfast provided by the hotel was okay. Though, having the steps to enter and exit the hotel breakfast area on the first floor was rather inconvenient and not safe. My elderly mother almost fell down. They should consider certain ways on how to make it safer such as adding a ramp. Also, my elderly step-father actually did fall down in the guest room because the hotel had a step to go up to and down from the bed area. He almost hit his head against the wall. It would be a good idea for the hotel management to consider how to rectify these types of situation.

The sound from outside isnt good.

It is very close to Weiwuying and the light rail station. Parking is convenient and the car compartment is spacious; but it can be seen that the hotel is old, the sound insulation is not very good, and the pattern of the beam bed (from head to toe) is also very strange.

It’s incredible. Is it Kangqiao where I lived? The whole room feels old and uncomfortable, especially the air conditioner which is too much like a computer room (very noisy). I remember booking a non-smoking room, but the bathroom was so full of smoke that I couldn't stay for long (I don't know) The tenant in that room smoked in the bathroom), and the bed was like jelly (very ㄉㄨㄞ). It would disturb anyone who moved, and the pillows were like straw pillows, which were so rigid that the whole thing was terrible.

The service attitude of the lady at the counter and the gentleman in the restaurant is extremely friendly and enthusiastic! The coffee machine in the restaurant can be used free of charge 24 hours a day, and ice cream can be eaten at any time, which is very considerate! It takes about 10 minutes to walk from Weiwuying.

The equipment is not new but it has everything it needs. The only drawback is that the bed is too difficult to sleep on and the pillows are not easy to lie on!

I feel it is very suitable for a business trip. The environment is very clean and the price/performance ratio is very high. There are delicious restaurants nearby and the transportation is relatively convenient. I will basically choose it for future stays. There is free all-you-can-eat ice cream on the first floor.

The air-conditioning is not cold enough, but the items are fully classified. Not only the needs of women are taken into consideration, but also the needs of boys. During the leisure time after the Weiwuying performance, Kangqiao Business Hotel was quite comfortable. It had complete equipment and the lotion was easy to absorb. There were bath products for boys and girls. They were very considerate and attentive. The environment was clean and hygienic. The double bed was comfortable and I could sleep until dawn. Next time I want to stay in a room with a bathtub, I will choose to stay again!

The counter service is very friendly, the room is clean and quiet, the bathroom is equipped with separate toiletries for men and women, which is great. The service staff at breakfast will take away the dishes that have just been used.

The note for the reservation from Trip is that it is a transfer order, so the hotel will not receive it. It was originally stated that rooms on high floors should be ventilated. Maybe because Sanduo Hotel is a bit older, the air conditioning system still has a musty smell. There are relatively few breakfast options. Later, I met a friend and after chatting, I found that he ordered it at ********** for a cheaper price. I shouldn’t consider Sanduoguan anymore!

This is my first time staying at Kindness Hotel. Because the Weiwuying branch was repairing the elevator, we were assigned to the Kaohsiung Railway Station Branch. There are many kinds of delicious breakfast here. There are 24-hour free use of washing machines and dryers on the first floor. Guests are also provided with free ice cream and a variety of drinks. great!
