Another return trip for short business trip to this lovely hotel. Centrally located very near to the Sandou shopping street. All facilities are available in nearby shops. The room rates includes free breakfast and 24 hours free snacks and ice cream in the hotel lounge. Room is comfortable and equipped with all the basic necessities. I really love the shower with strong pressure and special shower heads. Will positively recommend this hotel to all travellers

Super clean room, I am a germaphobe and I approve the hygiene and cleanliness of this hotel, some how better than some of the 4-5 stars international branded hotel (except some common area at the snack bar at ground floor was sticky). 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
The staff 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻: were friendly and nice, with high quality customers (mainly locals in Taiwan). Makes me feel home!
Location 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻: a “real local” night market nearby, about 6 mins of walk, 10 mins walk to Sanduo MRT(accessible exit (15 mins if you walk slow)). 3 departments stores within 10 mins walk.
Value for money 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻: free self laundry, breakfast, supper, parking and snacks bar in the common area.
One of the 2 hotels on my list of accommodation for Kaohsiung lol…

The services and facilities were quite good.
The meals, especially the late-night snacks, were truly impressive.
The ice cream and refreshments on the first floor were equally satisfying.

The kindness hotel lives up to its name with excellent service from all staff who are friendly and courteous, and manage to ensure that guests have a most pleasant experience during their stay.
The food is of a very good standard and the room is spacious and comfortable
