When I checked into the hotel, I immediately smelled a strong smell. As soon as I entered the room, I was surrounded by a smell mixed with smoke and mold. I originally wanted to open the window for ventilation, but found that the hotel used central air conditioning and the smell could not be dissipated. We felt dizzy and nauseous and after reporting this to the counter, housekeeping sprayed deodorizing fragrance but this was unacceptable so we decided to cancel the order. We informed the housekeeping staff and confirmed that the refund would be processed through the platform. However, after leaving, the platform informed the hotel that it did not agree to refund! We clearly heard that they promised to refund, but now they deny it, which is really annoying! For the sake of our health and environment, we didn't check in that night. We only stayed for about half an hour, but we were asked to pay the full amount and needed additional accommodation, which cost us a lot of money!
