Booked the hotel for 2 nights, but was given a bigger room for the first night with 3 extra queen size beds. Could be a good/bad thing if you are a solo traveller.. nonetheless very good location and also near to the train station and the night market! Value for the money :)

It's OK, one night stopover before going to Kenting. It's close to the subway station with luggage, and there are many delicious foods around.
