I booked a room temporarily during the Chinese New Year. It felt a bit small. There were very few parking spaces. I had no choice but to park when I came back from a dinner party in the evening. It was so difficult to find a parking space during the Chinese New Year. It took me more than an hour to find a parking space. However, their service was very good. I paid for parking outside. They will help pay up to NT$500. I thought there would be danzi noodles for breakfast, but they didn’t, but the breakfast and cleaning were not bad, so it was acceptable.

The location of the Watermark is superb! Right next to the main station. The staff on the front desk were friendly and helpful. Check-in/out is automated and easy to do. The room was large and comfortable. Could have been cleaner. But really nothing to complain about. Great breakfast, nice café & restaurant which serves until around 10pm. We will use it again.

Book the hotel for a last-minute travel. Stayed in this hotel for 8 days. I think for the price the hotel is clean. Here are some breakdowns: Room: The room and the hotel are a little dated, but its acceptable. I think it will work for backpakers. The vent in my room came off a little. The maintenance team should pay attention to things like this. The room I booked does not have a window. Luckily, I'm not in the room most of the time. Recommendation to people if you are interested in this hotel, make sure to book the room with a window. Also, the room I stayed in is small. You need to close up you luggage otherwise you won't have space to walk. Cleanses: The cleanese is within acceptable range for a hotel like this. However, I think the carpet in the room is old and dirty. Management should really consider replacing the carpets. A newer carper can bring the cleanness of the room up one level. The room also has some minor mildew smell when you enter the room. In fact, some parts of the hotel also have minor mildew smells. Management should really figure out how to remove the mildew smell. The mildew smell goes a way if you increase the AC, but then the room becomes too cold. The mildew smell is also reported by some of the reviews. Comfortable: The mattress and pillow are ok. Each bed comes with 2 pillows instead of 4. I have decent sleep on it. Amenities: The hotel comes with two bottles of water everyday. House keeping will provide it daily if you have house keeping. Hotel provides reusable sleepers for bathroom and for use in the room. These are not disposable sleepers. They are reusable. They look very old school and I'm not sure how clean they are. So, I dont use them. I understand its a budget hotel, but it would be really great if they provided disposable sleepers. Also, there is no hand soap in the bathroom. You would think that after the pandemic, washing hand should become an important part of life but hand soap is not provided. I went to one of the local shops here to buy myself a bottle of hand soap. The shower drain is also a little clogged. There is a small poddle of water while showering. I read similar issues in other reviews. Breakfast: The breakfast is ok for the price of the room. Some of the reviews said that the breakfast was better before. Honestly, with inflation, all cost have gone up. I think the selection of breakfast is good for the price of hotel. I think overall the hotel is ok. If you are traveling alone and are under a budget, I think this hotel can be one of the choices.

Hotel situated nearby to Houyi Metro Station, Red Line No R12 which is also 4 stations away from Zouying High Spreed Rail station (R16). Nearby eatery has Japanese Restaurant and Coffee shops just cross the street and Family Mart store only 100 meters away. The rooms and amenities are good l, the only is the size of the rooms only 15 meters. If you don’t mind, for stay is just nice. Need to take note, not all rooms have a window and facing city. Some has no windows but the price is lower. We bought rooms with breakfast during our stays, although not an international buffet, but just nice to make full for morning meal.

Home and business travel is located on Jiuru 2 Road behind Kaohsiung Station. It takes about 10 minutes to walk from the MRT station or Taiwan Railway Station. It is a bit inconvenient to take the MRT to Kaohsiung. It takes a long time to get in and out. If the distance is not too far, for example, to the north of the Sanduo business district, there is a You-bike station in the park behind the hotel, and renting a bicycle is faster than taking the MRT. There are no convenience stores on Jiuru 2 Road next to the hotel, and there are no restaurants and snack bars. You have to walk a short distance. The hotel rooms are simple in decoration and cleanliness. Unfortunately, there are no sockets on both sides of the bed, only the wall on the side of the desk can be charged. Breakfast is mainly Chinese meals and the taste is OK.

Checked in on March 6, 2024. The room is spacious with 2 double beds and the toilet is clean. The room faces the park. Next to the park is the MRT Arena Station. There is a McDonald's downstairs of the hotel and a 5-10 minute walk to Ruifeng. Night market, but I went there on Wednesday. Ruifeng Night Market is closed on Monday and Wednesday. Only a few snack stalls are open.

The hotel has just cooperated with another parking lot to provide parking spaces to guests, but the fee is only TWD100. The parking lot charges a maximum of $150 per day. If you want to stay for two days and one night, the parking lot charges $300 minus the hotel's $100. The guest also has to pay $200. This It was a bit of a surprise because the hotel did not originally provide parking spaces. The breakfast food is rich, but please note that boiled water is not provided, so points will be deducted.

Hotel location is good , close to train station and close to night market but hotel may need some renovation as it’s getting old, the price is good but if you search for the newer hotel nearby , you can get better deal. The breakfast was unexpectedly delicious. It's very conveniently located to the MRT and the night market. The shampoo and shower gel were carefully selected and smelled very fresh after washing! this hotel location is just about 5mins walk from the Kaohsiung train station, it's a good location if you take a train ride from the east coast to Kaohsiung. the front counter staff was good, except for a staff name, Eve, she's not suitable at the front line counter as she's not manner to the guests when asked for assistance, she didn't look at your to answer, yet show a long face when we need the assistance. the breakfast was good but more oriental food, no fruits were provided during the last stay, as the waiter mentioned that all were finished, no replacement at about 8.15am. overall the hotel was fine for few days stay and good price too, thank you

Downstairs is the cafe, the accommodation location is easy to find, walk about 15 minutes to Ruifeng Night Market, there are 7-11 and Kang is beautiful across the road, the life function is good 👍 There is no elevator on the accommodation floor, and the luggage will be moved very hard! The only drawback is that the sound insulation effect is poor. The sound of the bath in the room can be heard even in the next room. The residents upstairs are also like playing ghosts and catching people. The footsteps running around are loud. It is strongly recommended that people who can accept poor sound insulation choose this room.
