I booked my stay via *******. I was excited about my stay. When I got to the hotel, they said they have no arrangement with *******, yet their property is listed there. They asked me to pay cash, and would not even listen to my pleadings, even after I showed my receipt. Purity, the one dealing with reservations, was very rude. Their customer service was very poor. I opted to go elsewhere, as they were not interested in helping me. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Avoid it like a plague.

Poor services and no value for money at all. They have a small swimming pool with no baby pool, honestly the food was not the best! No wi-fi in the rooms, at least the staff are friendly The place is in a good serene environment but they need to do alot of improvements.

This place is just amazing. From the reception on arrival to the rooms which were sparkling clean, the food, the serene environment, the lake view just to mention but a few. We really enjoyed our stay and would easily recommend the place to anyone looking for a family weekend getaway. Special shout out to Brendah Gechanga for the good work she is doing at the reception.

After reading all the the review s. I decided to visit this hotel....it was surprisely to find a little heaven here Friendly environment.. quite and a Peaceful plance to calm .staff ware much supportive and friendly....heko to the hotel management...good work i recommend the all continent there🙏
