An amazing trip all around I instantly felt at peace ☺️ So grateful for the company, the hospitality, the experience and the energy ✨ Everything was organized, planned and executed to a T. Staff is friendly, helpful and efficient. They show a real understanding of your likes and dislikes and implement them for your stay. For example, I asked for chillies on the first day and somehow they knew that I would need it for future meals, and maintained them on the table. It was a simple yet effective gesture of my request. The rooms were clean and organized. I especially appreciated the hot water bottle in the bed to go to after a cold evening. I was in awe of the lakeside breakfast, the views are immaculate. If this is a glimpse of what Serena is like as an establishment, then i would definitely love to explore all your properties. Thank you so very much for this beautiful and soul capturing experience.

All the way from reception to kwaheri was memorable. The rooms are clean very comfortable spacious and sooo serene. Staff are awesome. The chef and manager made personal visit at our tables to ensure we’re comfortable. The chef even gave us a special on our last day. Awesome. Animal seeing and watering zone is a major plus very near yet very safe and the animals did not disappoint. The area around was safe for our daily morning walk/jogs which we really enjoyed. The Pool experience was also good. This a place sure to come again

The camp is perfectly located. Not too far from Nairobi and its just sits right next to Lake Elementaita and its always a beautiful morning as you wake up to the views of the sleeping warrior hills and lake. The staff is more than friendly to always help and the activities in the camp keep you buzzing. The food is top tier and my top 2 highlights at the camp are the night game drives where you actually feel one with nature. And Archery. Really thankful to Lamek the manager, Aloice the archery instructor and Mohammed our driver the knowledge he has of the animal kingdom is insane. Wait wait wait.... I almost forgot my third highlight. Horse riding in the lake It is so surreal.

Beautiful place with very luxurious room and high end amenities. Location was outstanding with fantastic view. Staff were very nice and service was more than excellent. Not saying the restaurant food, which was first class

Beautiful situation on the water’s edge. We had the Flamingo room, which was fabulous and HUGE. The room had Elemis toiletries. Im not sure if this is standard, but they were great. Good breakfast and 2 decent evening meals. The lamb broth was rather greasy, however, and the T-bone steak was so gristly that only 2 of our group chose meat the following evening (they did was the rib-eye steak was lovely, however). Loved it and will stay again!

The camp is in a beautiful serene setting, on the shore of the lake. The tents are very spacious and well designed. The food and coffee was excellent. The outside setting for lunch and breakfast, with a view over the lake, very special. The staff was very kind and attentive, they go above and beyond. The dinner setting inside however was not nice. You can go for a self drive in the conservancy which was out of the ordinary. Nice stay but a bit overpriced.

Absolutely stunning place to stay! Very attentive and friendly staff. We say waterbucks right outside our back door and plenty of other wildlife around! Enjoyed having some drinks in the lobby before dinner. Beautiful grounds to take a stroll! Would definitely recommend!

On a scale of 1 to 5, this place is an 11. The tents we stayed in are phenomenal. Beautifully furnished and everything was top notch. The staff was very attentive and efficient. Vegetarian options were plentiful and very flavourful. The grounds were stunning! This place is a paradise.

Absolutely a perfect place for a night or two on your way to Masai Mara. Was recommended by a friend and don’t regret staying here one bit . Great hospitality , courteous staff and beautiful scenes all around . The property is right on rhe Lake and has well manicured sit out places . Thoughtful bon fire added to the ambience . We thought that the food could be just a wee bit better . 🥹 really appreciate the front office to give us room 10 instead of # 1 which is the farthest away and 10 is closest to the lounge and restaurant . As senior citizens was useful .
