No water for drinking, no glasses, rooms not cleaned properly, fan is placed on the leg side so 2 people cannot sleep comfortably. Mosquitoes and they blame the customers for keeping the window open. In the toilet the jet spray was not working hence had to use the mug water from the tap to clean, We checked in the morning at 530 am and at that the entire hotel was locked from inside and all were sleeping. After several knocks when the door was opened the person would not put the lights on.

I stayed this Hotel with my family. The hotel was amazing placed in the highway. The amenities like Lawn, swimming pool and the restaurant was amazing and tasty. Especially rooms are neat and very spacious.. The staffs are very friendly especially the front office manager Mr.Senthil was very polite with guest. Pls do come with your family and enjoy ur stay here..

Reflecting on my initial visit to Kanyakumari in 2007, I recall the scarcity of quality accommodation options that left much to be desired. Unfortunately, the issue persists even today. On my visit this year, I was happy to discover Annai Resorts & Spa, which has opened recently in Kanyakumari. I had initially booked the Sparsa resort, but was disappointed after check-in as the property failed to meet my expectations for maintenance and upkeep. There I learnt about the Annai Resorts & Spa which opened recently next to the Sparsa resort. I requested the resort staff to show me an available room, after which I swiftly checked out from Sparsa and checked in to the Annai Resorts& Spa. I stayed in a Presidential suite which overlooked the sea. The room had a sea facing balcony with a jacuzzi. Since the resort has opened recently, the room and the bathroom was sparkly, new, well-maintained, and had a contemporary aesthetic. My dining experiences at the hotel's restaurant, while decent, left some room for improvement in terms of ambiance, service, and culinary quality. The attentive and courteous demeanor of the hotel staff deserves full commendation, their hospitality left a positive impression. I hope the resort continues to keep up its quality!

Not a pleasant stay at this hotel. We made reservations in advance, but when we arrived, someone else was given our room. During our stay, the air conditioning system was not working correctly and there was no TV, Someone had already stole the Setup box. While the staffs are friendly, the management appears to be quite awful. It's a good breakfast. Seems a tad costly in comparison to other hotels in Tamilnadu. The chirping of birds and insects keeps us awake and prevents us from getting a good night's sleep. However, the view of the ocean and the rising sun from the hotel garden is amazing. We stroll to the beach and the dawn and dusk viewpoint. The rooms are really flimsy—like a tiny bunglow. large bathroom and additional spare room. This is a particular room with 24-hour hot water, however not all accommodations have this feature. Our room was in a historic structure. Everything was fine, but for the view of the ocean is not there.

The family room was spacious enough to accommodate all of us comfortably, with separate sleeping areas for the children. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the beds were comfortable. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast provided was decent with a variety of options. However, we did experience some noise from neighboring rooms at times, which affected our sleep quality. Overall, it was a good value for money stay for families looking for a budget-friendly option.

GGuest UserThe hotel not only hosts guests, but also has a marriage hall, which also doubles up as a venue that hosts events, marriages, conferences etc., This does not effect the hotel guests as the entrance to these halls are seperate. A good hotel with a very responsive staff. The hotel has very good spacious rooms, the furniture and fittings in the rooms are not lavish, but are of good quality. Almost everything works, the AC is powerful and keeps the room cool, the staff responds quickly. The in-house restaurant: Blue Wings, is small but is clean, and the food is tasteful. The restaurant ***ager is conversant in English, the rest of the staff are not that fluent. The ***ager is a very good and hardworking ***. When we were checking out, he didn't allow us to carry our luggage, and although he was a little short staffed, he rolled his sleeves and himself transported our luggage till our car,

WWander57605557187There's an old expression: 'The cheapest is not always the best”. Well the Ramraj Residency in Nagercoil just happens to be possibly the cheapest hotel in its class, AND the best. Situated up a quiet lane this very elegant hotel will definitely surprise you. 24 excellently appointed spacious a/c rooms have all the essentials necessary for a comfortable stay. Wifi, toiletries, towels, high quality bedding, hair-dryer, kettle, tea, coffee, milk, sugar, cups, a TV, telephone, tables, chairs, wardrobe, plenty of plugs, a safe, even a USB outlet! And on top of all this, a free buffet breakfast. The 4th floor multi-cuisine a/c restaurant has good food at very reasonable prices. The staff of the hotel from room boy to receptionist to manager are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. There's plenty of parking space for the Indian visitors and their vehicles. The upkeep and maintenance of the rooms and bathrooms is clear to see. Nothing is broken, cracked, missing or out of order.....unlike several hotels in India. A definite 5-star feeling for a budget price. Enjoy your sojourn at the tip of India.

GGuest UserThis is a fairly new property, just over a year since it opened to guests. It is in fact still under construction. The kitchen isn't ready and i'm told that it'll open in a couple of months. Given it's wonderful location and large space, one wishes that greater care was given towards its construction. The walls have already developed cracks at many places. The construction is often haphazard with poorly fit ac, tv, plug points etc. It takes more than 10 minutes for hot water to start flowing through the tap by which time a few buckets of water are wastefully drained. The non ac rooms are suffocating due to improper ventilation. As the kitchen isn't ready yet, one has to order food from outside. The food comes in less than 15 minutes, but the breakfast won't be available before 8. 30 am, which is hard for travellers who want to leave a bit early. The rooms aren't provided with even a single table, making dining in the room really tricky. Since this is still an early stage for this hotel, it will serve the management well to hire a good consultant and fix things right away. Else, this is going to be only a big lodge and not a hotel. As of now, it is recommended only for solo travellers.
