I had been to kanyakumari (KK) 3 times. Had stayed in there in different hotels and was unsatisfied due to the photos and reality. This time I came to KK with out booking,the front Manager Mr.John welcomed me. He Explained the types of rooms available at his hotel. He was very polite and spoke to me as had known me for years. Wonderful person. we checked in. The rooms were clean, Dark curtains smooth AC ,well lit lights, mattress of the cot was 10” Height. Comfort was at the top notch . Working tables , suitcase tables are well planned. Toilet were with jaguar fittings , pressurized water and big mirrors serving the wash rooms.Glass door spot lights were also there . My point is how I had missed this affordable beautiful hotel just 5 minutes from railway station by walk. Their sunrise balcony was a new idea that I had never seen before. Central kitchen service was good. Room boys were fast and quick. All things are very near

Great location. Very close to the beaches and sunrise view points. Accessible to the main jetty point for taking the ferry to Vivekanand rock memorial also. They provide delicious breakfast too included in the booking.

Reflecting on my initial visit to Kanyakumari in 2007, I recall the scarcity of quality accommodation options that left much to be desired. Unfortunately, the issue persists even today. On my visit this year, I was happy to discover Annai Resorts & Spa, which has opened recently in Kanyakumari. I had initially booked the Sparsa resort, but was disappointed after check-in as the property failed to meet my expectations for maintenance and upkeep. There I learnt about the Annai Resorts & Spa which opened recently next to the Sparsa resort. I requested the resort staff to show me an available room, after which I swiftly checked out from Sparsa and checked in to the Annai Resorts& Spa. I stayed in a Presidential suite which overlooked the sea. The room had a sea facing balcony with a jacuzzi. Since the resort has opened recently, the room and the bathroom was sparkly, new, well-maintained, and had a contemporary aesthetic. My dining experiences at the hotel's restaurant, while decent, left some room for improvement in terms of ambiance, service, and culinary quality. The attentive and courteous demeanor of the hotel staff deserves full commendation, their hospitality left a positive impression. I hope the resort continues to keep up its quality!

Best hospitality ever seen ,a perfect hotel for a family to spend their weekends Veiw points are awesome from the hotel, every windows has their own angle of seeing the seashore' beauty I would personally suggest to try the hotel to experience it's hospitality

We had some good experience of hospitality staying at Sun Park. The rooms were clean and spacious with good service throughout. The restaurant dining was great with amazing service lead by Mr. Dilip, Mr. Tinku, Mr. Sandeep, Ms. Kalpana and Ms. Reshma. We are happy to be here again!!!! Well recommend:)

It is really a good stay

The devil, they say, lies in the details. Sometimes you understand how good or bad a place is, based on tiny details. So, upon entering, I saw that the numbers of the room had been broken, and nobody had bothered to replace it. That is an indication of how poor the service can be. When one is not bothered to even repair something this basic. The airconditioner is shown in the photo. Barely works. There is no fan either. So, we had to spend a night with bare minimum cooling, in a room which was smelling bad, since the cushion covers and bedsheets were dirty, despite the management claiming that they have been changed. I dare not put a step in the restaurant, but we ordered a basic toasted bread with butter and jam. Guess what? The bread was barely toasted. The butter was given separately and it was hard. After that, we asked the room service to clear the dishes. Nobody came for an hour. So I kept the dishes outside my room. In the morning, it was still there. This is the level of service. The toileteries were used, and substandard quality. Nobody had bothered to replace the used body wash bottle (photo attached). The mini-fridge in the room is absolutely dirty. On top of it all, they charged us Rs 5500/ night through direct booking. The price was almost half on MakeMyTrip. This is cheating the customers. Overall, absolutely zero value for money, poor service, poorly maintained hotel. It is better to stay in a small lodge than this place.

i booked room in temple city. But They allotted room in A R Residency which is part of temple citi group. It is next street. Room was clean and hot water was available whenever we open the tap. Only 4 -6 car can be parked in the parking facility. As we visited in weeke days. Only two car was there. Hence no issue. Hotel is walkable distance from temple,sun rise point,viekantha memorial rock and all other kanyakumar attractions. No restaurant in hotel. Sucheendram Maruti hotel which is opposite to sea view hotel was decent for south indian food. hotel is located in small street. If you want to use hotel only to sleep and take bath then you can book this hotel. View from hotel will not be good.

Stayed at near the kanyakumari temple view / sea view room in the top floor. Overall, my stay was below average, but there were a few aspects that could be improved. The facilities and services provided were average and could use some attention to detail. However, one highlight of my stay was the stunning sea view from the hotel. The location of the hotel is perfect for enjoying beautiful vistas and the serene atmosphere of the ocean. This view certainly added a special touch to my experience. If you're looking for a place with a great view near the kanyakumari temple, this hotel might be a good option, though be prepared for a stay that’s more on the average side.
