Property was good room was good. Excellent sea side view. Food was very high price but was not good. The breakfast was ok. Service was good

Location is excellent and so also the view from the balcony of the room. Room upkeep is average and bathroom requires re hauling. Food is average with very less variety options. For the location ttdc needs to renovate and capitalise on this property.

Room was somewhat average and the main taps, hot and cold, didnt work. After a class from the room service several minutes later, we learn t how to open an ordinary tap of which never got hot water. And at the dining the took orders and completely ignored us as the whole staff rushed to serve a *** and his companians.

Excellent location - just 5 minutes walk on either side to Sunrise point, ferry to rock, temple, lot of Hotels and shopping options. Excellent breakfast - filling, tasty, variety, yummy and add all adjectives for good food and it suits it. Good rooms - comfortable beds, AC. Bathrooms could be a bit bigger. Excellent service - staff are polite, eager to assist and guide. Well done. This place is marked for next trip stay too. And would recommend anyone visiting Kanyakumari.

Property is too get. Rooms are neat & clean. Sea facing rooms are very excellent. I was not happy with make my trip. When i booked 2 ac rooms & made payment. After payment i got confirmation of 1 ac room & 2 ac non ac room. Ac is not proper. Cooling was not happening.
