During the two stays, the gym and other facilities were not open. The room was large, but the facilities were relatively simple. The heating effect was poor. It was ok for business travel, but not recommended in winter when it's cold.

I am very satisfied. The hotel is clean, the room is great, the bed is comfortable. I have no words. The staff is very friendly. They even packed my meal when I left.

!
but we still didn't get our money back!
I had to sleep in the car with my daughter.

Not far from Sarajevo International Airport, the environment is okay, the room is not big, but very clean, cheap and good quality! Breakfast was okay. Before leaving, the front desk called a taxi for me.

The rooms were large; our two-bedroom room had a total of six beds! The bathroom was okay, but the shower cubicle was very small. The spring mattresses took some getting used to, as you could really feel them, especially when lying down. The food was good.

Poor cleanliness, limited breakfast selection, cold food, hard bread, unfriendly staff, lack of hygiene products, inadequate service staff, no water in the bathroom, dirty shower curtain
