Very warm owners. We had one of the simple bungalows. Everything is a bit old and could be overhauled.

Absolutely wonderful place to stay. The accommodations were excellent, clean, and beautiful. But the staff there made the stay so pleasant!! They worked with us to make our stay great. From keeping the bar area open so we could play board games, to allowing us to stay a little later to snorkel- absolutely 5 star service. I was stung by a jellyfish during our stay, and staff brought me something to ease the sting immediately. While playing board games a staff member played us music through his own phone! Friendly and helpful. Loved our stay!!

Recommend Libong Beach Resort.  Do as we did, and get dropped off / direct arrival to the resort's beach from a private long tailed boat.  Check-in was easy.  Restaurant was good.  Room was satisfactory.  Rent a bike and drive the island (very nice drivable road) but there isn't really too much to do on the island except chilling' at the resort.  Also, there are 2 small street restaurants just outside (south of the resort) if you are keen on getting a bite to eat off of the resort.  Again, if you are looking for a nice escape & quiet get away from the louder bar & party islands, highly recommend Libong Beach Resort for a 2-3 day trip.

The positives ... Room nice and spacious and nice balcony and view of sea, but bed was so hard, and was a small double , we had to complain, they did change it for us, sounds very petty , but we stayed in other 5 other hotels on this visit , and never encountered a problem before. when arrived water pressure from shower was so weak, after talking to the lovely man on reception, (best member of staff on whole complex) they did sort, but tap on sink still just a dribble, but sadly the room was not cleaned well, dirty socks left behind bench/curtain, dust everywhere , bits left under bed. ... The pool area is lovely and relaxing view amazing over infinity pool. Sadly shower from beach so covered in sand, that after using actually have more sand on you than before, so lots of people putting sand into pool. The property has the potential to be excellent, but feel management are letting it down, quality of food at breakfast was the worse we had in all Thailand, we stayed at several hotels during this trip, and this was just bad and lazy , and it was not down to it being a small island, there is plenty available , in local restaurants and quality of food and what was available was excellent. no fresh fruit juice , just squash, just sugar no fruit, inedible, no fresh coffee available just instant, we asked and they said not possible. everything cold ,you have to put everything through toaster , no pastries , no poached eggs , just cold fried eggs, pancakes , awful french toast, all in metal tins prepared long before, you could order omelette, but came with degusting burger cheese cut up on top. (very poor quality) they are really cutting corners, most people that stayed when we did were bringing own fruit and condiments to breakfast , gardens could be beautiful , but gardeners just sweeping leaves , no maintenance, beach beds old and hard wood, not mattresses, all in all if I ever returned would opt for no breakfast and go to local restaurants, insist on proper king size bed, and make them thoroughly clean room .

We booked an improved noméo on the 2nd floor, and got it. Ngmer is very spacious, clean, bed wide, with a comfortable mattress, snowy bed and underwear. All the necessary set of carpets are also present, including beaches. Fen, a spacious refrigerator. Water pressure in the shower is excellent, (by opium I know that on small islands with this problem). Breakfast is very delicious, satisfactory, on choice of 4 options (see photo) During the day you can drink chpi, coffee, everything you need always eat in the kitchen-table. The only thing, not always worked well on the Internet, but we didn't tense, because we needed it rarely. The guest house was excellent, everything is nearby. You can walk from the dock on a straight street, on which both cafes, shops, turbine, and renting motorbikes. At the same time, right next to the beach. The sea in this place is small because of the strong waterfall, but it is mystically to walk 50 meters left, there is the sea .faster back to the place. If we repeat the island of Muk, we will be found only in Mukbunch.
