The rooms look nothing like the pictures. Everything is very outdated and it smelled like sewage. The bathroom wasn’t clean and the shower was rusty.

Price wise this can't be beat. Sometimes there is a strong air freshner like smell from what i see them mop with however the rooms do not have that issue and have been in great condition.

This is a wonderful place to stay for a while! Breakfast is always good and cheerful staff. The bicycle in the gym currently isn't working but overall the hotel is in great condition!:)

While the customer service, breakfast, and bed were really good, there were other things that were not so great. The walls were paper thin, and you could hear everything going on in neighboring rooms. The refrigerator in my room did not work at all. The cable channels on the TV went out frequently and only a few channels were available to watch anything. The bathroom was not very clean (rust and chipped paint above the shower, a dirty washcloth left on the rail for the shower curtain, and the toilet seat was not fully fastened to the toilet).

Was a good place to stay close to downtown but not downtown, close to airport, fastfood or shopping and restaurants ******s you name it you was minutes away. Quite rooms, big room, and breakfast was good never used the pool but looked good alot of tv channels to choose from. Close to highway I would stay there again.

Great hotel for our family. We took 5 Granddaughters on a Christmas trip! Loved the "family room". Staff was great and friendly. Room was just what we needed. 3 beds and a pull out couch. Breakfast was great and hot!. I would highly recommend this facility. Thanks for your great jobs, staff

This place may have been here a while, it’s truly a weathered little place. Lots of exposed wires, open backs to the appliances showing and itty bitty pillows on the beds. You get what you pay for but this is a bit overpriced for what you get. It’s in a very busy area but far from the usual Kansas City attractions. We shortened our stay by three nights.

On the first night we found bedbugs. After letting the front desk know that they gave us a new room. The day we were to leave we found bedbugs in the new room. We left at 4:00 am due to this. When I told the clerk he responded with “ do you want a receipt “. Will never stay at a Wyndom hotel again.

Sink took forever to drain. Bed was hard and bowed in towards center. Reserved a king size bed, got a queen. Bathroom was very small, door wouldn’t latch unless you pushed down when pulling shut. Long walk to our room, which I can’t fault them. SOMEONE is going to get the room far from the elevator. We were too tired to ask for a better room. I won’t go back
