Came here on a blustery March day for a business meeting. One of the other party we were meeting with had made the arrangements, so I was only an attendee. The place was nice, comfortable and the staff that I briefly interacted with were both pleasant and professional. All the requests that I new of were promptly and politely taken care of. So, for a participant, I enjoyed it. Also, they had drinks and snacks which were all top notch. Finally, we had a catered lunch. It was a solid meal. Not great, but probably top notch for what I would expect a catered hotel meal to be like. If you are looking for fine dining, you're in the wrong category. For an event space, it hit the mark.

This hotel has a very nice lobby and excellent staff. High marks go to ladies at the front desk, Zion, Isabel, Audrey and Andrea (Who went above and beyond to fix my thermostat while speaking to the hotel engineer on the phone.) no one likes a cold room, in November. Robert at the bar was also really nice as well and took good care of a couple of starving people on Wednesday, with food and drink. Even though the rooms have been updated, they still seem like the old version of Courtyard by Marriott positive thing the shower had good pressure, room and bed were comfortable. A better chair would be a nice upgrade.

Security risk; twice upon 20 minutes of arrival someone attempted unauthorized entry into room. Very unprofessional as no knock prior, nor mention of whom it may have been. It was frightening hence we checked out immediately following.

We were there on 8/18/23 thru 8/20/23 and we highly recommend this hotel , people were great and friendly. It is very quiet and clean and bathroom was specious. It is only 10 to 15 minutes away from down town.

We stayed 2 nights here while in the area for a wedding. The property is nice and sits on a hill with a wonderful view of downtown. There is a pool, fitness facility, laundry, and a couple of outdoor areas, one with a fire pit. There is a bar in the lobby with a Starbucks for breakfast and a small snack and dry goods area. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were nice but had a few issues. Our fridge didn’t work properly, it was on some and off some for no apparent reason. The shower was substandard as well. The rooms and area are fairly quiet. There are no restaurants within walking distance if that is important to you. It’s a nice hotel but couldn’t quite give it 5 stars.

We stayed with a family group. The room was real nice. No maid service is done for the room. The hot tub has been broken for a month (so we told by staff). The hot tub was one of the reasons they were chose. Only high price starbucks coffee available in lobby. (And if you don't have maid service, no coffee available in the room) This the most expensive hotel I've ever used and the worst basic service I received. We paid over$200/night.

One of the best Marriotts stats I’ve had in a very long time. Atmosphere, bedding, cleanliness and decor on the outside and patio sitting areas were great. Nice fire pits were also available and Adirondack chairs. Service was also good

Jacquelyn did an amazing job and was super helpful and friendly. Rooms were nice- wouldn’t advertise it as a pool- more like a larger hot tub. Not too many people would be able to swim in there at one time. If you have kids. They may be disappointed
