Upon arrival the room we booked wasn’t available. They upgraded us to a better suite and free 2 pm checkout. Our room was ready for us at check in. The room was very clean. Our kids had an amazing time. Would definitely recommend.

Awesome place and great for kids. Food is pricey but it's to be expected at a place like this. Still highly recommended if you have kids.

Water park is fun for my kids but beds are hard, not clean. Couldn’t stay for more than 1 night the beds feel like cardboard .

Our children love coming here which is why we return. The rooms however were mostly clean but there was some sort of hair or fur in our bathtub and the dresser drawer fall as soon as ypu touch them.

Terrible check in process.
Check in was a complete mess. We waited for exactly one hour in a line that was unbearably long with a toddler.
