Kind of disappointed that the hot tub was not working. Our room was nice, but house keeping could have done a better job removing food and dirt off of the chair in the room and wiping off the vinyl covered couch.
I will say it’s in a great location close to restaurants and shopping.

Sad to have paid for this place and then the hot tub was not usable. Depending on day, dining area wasn't as cleaned up after users as would have been nice. ie table and counter areas not cleaned off. Would stay again though.

Dirty, outdated, overpriced hotel
Hotel is in terrible condition...dirty lobby, stairs, hallways, rooms. The elevator was not working, there were boxes everywhere with construction material for upcoming renovations, etc. Definitely not worth the very expensive price we paid to stay for 2 nights while in town for a soccer game. We will not stay there again when coming to town.

The staff was very good. The breakfast was very good. The hotel is in the process of remodeling so our room definitely was in need of new furniture, new mattress, and new bedding. Our “fitted sheet” wouldn’t stay on bed and sheets were literally thinner than paper. The tv remote was difficult to use and no channel guide was available. Only one remote worked. Looking forward to staying here again once the remodel is complete. Great location for anything we wanted to do in the area.

This hotel is currently undergoing renovations, the pictures are either sketches of what is to come or several years out of date. The property & rooms are in desperate need of remodeling so it's great that they are doing it. But buyer beware it stinks & it's noisy.

Will stay again
It was a nice place and our room was clean. Disappointed the hot tub was down and I wasn’t let know of that but other than that, it was a nice place to stay

So disappointed in this stay. The room smelled. The water smelled. The shower didn’t spray. Our room was directly over the pool so we could hear everything from the pool. We could also hear every sneeze from our neighbors. If this had been more than a one night stay, we would have left. I would highly recommend avoiding this location.

Upon arrival their systems were down and the response was that we were more than welcome to find another hotel if we wanted. Front desk attendant Jaime was rolling her eyes at customers on the phone and in general acted as if she hated her job and didn’t want to be there. After two hours we finally got checked-in but our keycards didn’t work for the elevator or our room. Finally got rekeyed they stopped working again later in the night and had to be releyed again. The Ice machine does not work on the floor, no towels at the pool, room not having hot water, light in the bathroom didn’t work. At breakfast it’s very limited and presentation was lacking. I was very disappointed, I have never stayed at a Hyatt and had this type of experience.
