Complaint The stay was acceptable, however my Wife and I do smoke but we did outside. I was charged the $200 for smoking. Wasn't happy finding this charge.on my Bank account and no proof of smoking except the word of a cleaning staff

The hotel was very clean and the staff were helpful. I recommend upgrading refrigerators to make sure they function properly, and to put up signage that children must be accompanied by adults at the breakfast bar, and have a staff member monitoring.

The front desk staff were not very friendly. The breakfast was great! The WiFi password wasn’t given to us and the tv was horrible to navigate. No guide or anything in the room for the tv. The bathroom was not as clean as it should’ve been and the beds were hard. The facility was a little run down and needed a freshen up!

The hotel was ok. It was really not as nice looking as the internet pictures showed. It is a bit more run down. Our bathroom had paper/insulation falling from it the entire time we were there. Not a big deal, but kind of annoying honestly. One morning of our stay the water was turned off for hours and they did not give us any notice. On another day, when there was some extreme weather, the staff didn’t seem to know anything about the weather and when asked about a plan for potential warnings they didn’t know of any. Another guest and I made a plan of our own. Then on our last morning the fire alarm went off in the early morning. Some of us stuck our head out of our rooms. There seemed to be no sense of urgency. After quite a few minutes the alarm stopped. I thought maybe the staff would communicate with us we were ok or something, but I never heard anything. I feel like the lack of knowledge and communication from the staff on some pretty urgent situations was not quite professional. I know I won’t be staying at this particular hotel again.

The exhaust fan in the bathroom was dropping ceiling material into the bathroom the entire stay, the breakfast staff was overwhelmed and couldn’t keep up, the “bacon” was cut up lunch meat, the room door didn’t shut without slamming it and it wouldn’t shut tight.

Ok but not great When arriving we were greeted and the young man helping us was friendly. The elevator was not working (3 stories), we were on the second floor and we were offered to be moved to the 1st floor which is where i believe the next problem stemmed from. We were awaken just before 1 am with someone trying to get into our room. He was given a room key and assigned pur room. There was an odd smell but nothing that was too bothersome. Really those were the only things that came up over than that it was a hotel room.
