My stay with Downtown was superb, fantastic. Staff is very cooperative. Ambience, room cleanliness, is mind blowing. It is situated at the prime location in the city. Food at Pebbles was mouth watering. I personally appreciate Mr. Hussain for his great hospitality. I will love to visit here again n again. And highly recommend it to everyone

Pleasent and comfortable stay. Stay very accommodating and helpful. Food and breakfast service best in the area. Special thanks to Kratika for all the help and big shout to Sammeer who helped us with our luggage. Overall, a good stay in Kanpur in that area

Wonderful staff, who are very cooperative, supportive and helpful . A special thanks to Mr KS Singh for his magnanimous support. Pebbles the rooftop restaurant is a lovely place to dine, great ambience and view. Highly recommend this place. Will keep coming back.

No tips, it was all great, iron service, hair dryer must be a mandate in the room. In couple sharing room two dental kits must be provided, supply of water bottles each day during the stay. Ceiling fan should be there as well. Breakfast menu can be improvised by adding more variety.

The best value for money hotel anyone can ask. Very luxurious hotel. One of my best stays in delhi. The hotel was very easy accessible. Good response from staff. Prompt check in and check out. The staff was so polite and responsive. Rooms were very clean, hygienic spacious and the view was really great. The food at the hotel was also great. Best hotel if you're looking for a good luxurious stay at the best value for money. Try it once for yourself.

This property is always my home away from home. Very well Maintained with good polite staff. The food & the breakfast is amazing. Abseluty a worth for your money. Would definitely recommend it to travellers coming to this city. Kudos to the team downtown.

Rooms are specious, bathroom is big, nice lightings, great ambience over all. Staffs are very supportive and good in nature and very very helpful and available all the time for your service. Food quality is good i must say. Though i have opt only for breakfast.
