Good hotel, probably the best in Kanpur.
Everything is great, a little upset by the construction near the hotel. They are building a metro, but it will be good soon

Excellent hotel, great staff specially Abhijeet at the reception made sure our stay was smooth very helpful Also chef sanjeev is excellent must try his chocolate pancake specially made for our son We enjoyed our stay here and highly recommended

My stay at Landmark was a five-star dream, largely thanks to Abhijeet Singh Chauhan, the exceptional receptionist. From the moment I arrived, Abhijeet's warm welcome and efficient check-in set the tone for a flawless experience. He was incredibly helpful, offering great local insights and answering every question with a genuine smile. The hotel itself was stunning, from the luxurious rooms to the exquisite dining and excellent facilities. Every detail spoke of quality and comfort. Abhijeet's dedication to guest satisfaction truly elevated my visit, making me feel valued and perfectly cared for. I highly recommend Landmark and particularly commend Abhijeet for his outstanding hospitality!

I stayed at Hotel Landmark during a business trip and had a genuinely pleasant experience. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and ideal for work, with good Wi-Fi and a peaceful environment. The staff made the stay even better. A special mention to Anil, who greeted me with a warm smile and Abhijeet at the front desk were always helpful and polite, handling everything smoothly. A big thanks to Rahul and Rajan from the restaurant—they made dining feel personal and memorable, always attentive and friendly. Hospitality of reception, gate and cleaning services staff was good ! But the hospitality of kitchen staff was worst! Post my breakfast i try picked up some eatable life muffins for my kid and husband who were sleeping and i knew they will wake up around 2 pm hence hence took few eatable in my plate itself but the kitchen staff stopped me taking it to my room i felt embarrassed and kept it there it happened on 26th morning around 9 am i thing. Please check the name of the staff and train her on this. This was seriously very embarrassing if she doesn't know the background she shouldnt have stoped me.

Good hotel good food clean rooms I stayed for 2 nights and I was happy with the rooms I was upgraded and I also enjoyed poolside with music and good Indian as well as international food. Mr Nirankar singh was very helpful and polite ………………………..

I had great experience there. The staff was soft spoken. The hotel was clean, comfortable and well located. Staff were friendly, helpful and pretty fluent English speaker especially Mr. Karan who served us diligently during our visit there.Thank you……………
