The stay was safe and comfortable. The hotel staff is polite, quick in response and very grounded in gesture. The room was clean and well-organized. Breakfast was good in taste. The hotel staff cooperated with the late check out request as well, as i checked in late the previous night.

The hotel is located at the heart of city and it is convenient to reach there. However the service is poor and does not match the price the hotel charges. Food is very expensive and that too for self service option i think the prices could be more reasonable. The service quality is poor at restaurants as well as hotel

I have been transferred to kanpur recently. During my joining, i stayed at little chief. It was a great experience staying at the hotel. Staff is very cooperative here. Restaurant and menu is also good. I will recommend everyone for little chief.

Despite the hour, Mr. Aman, the receptionist, greeted me with a warm smile and exemplary hospitality. I highly recommend the little chef Hotel to anyone seeking a welcoming atmosphere, impeccable service, and a truly unforgettable experience.
