Nice environment, swimming pool, good staff attitude, friendly reception, good breakfast in the restaurant, rich variety, room facilities are a bit old, others are good.

I stayed at Citi Club located in the heart of the Kanpur city, and while it boasts premium class facilities, I was somewhat disappointed with the room size. The location is undoubtedly a major plus. The hotel's amenities are top-notch and attentive staff who go above and beyond to ensure your comfort. The fitness center is also excellent features. However, the room size left much to be desired. It felt cramped, especially if you're traveling with a lot of luggage or as a couple. Despite the small space, the room was beautifully and well-maintained, but it's important to manage your expectations in terms of size. In summary, if you prioritize location and premium amenities over room size, this hotel could be a great choice. Just be prepared for cozy quarters during your stay.

This isGreat hotel, wonderful stay,cleban ,goodnn food most of the staff are cooperative except Ms shazia..not only was she rude but most uncoperative..we had booked 3 rooms which were booked almost 3 months in advance....on speaking to her then she said 3400 would be the tarrif per room with breakfast for twin sharing we graciously agreed but on arrival she quoted 3500 about which we were upset coz we had narrowed down on Geet after reviewing several hotels..howevet so far so good but on 2nd of nov Ms Shazia messed up.all our good feelings just coz we cancelled a taxi we asked her to book for us as it was far too expensive ...saying this coz we got one for the whole day for half the amt she told us ..after that she adopted a rude behaviour towards us n was sulking....in fact we had to wish her good morning/evening etc....we even told her she is one bad apple amongst the entire staff..who gave us a feel good feeling..MrPandey was most helpful and kind, pl reward him with a promotion....as he is an asset to your hotel.

definitely one of the best hotels here. It is supposed to be about 5 years old. India is often loud, the street with the main entrance, even when there are parties in the hotel, at breakfast there is often television and loudspeakers in parallel. Breakfast usually has something for everyone, but not much meat. The hotel food in the evening is good, hotel guests get a discount. In the rooms the air conditioning is on and too loud, or off... and it quickly gets too warm. A ceiling fan can be set to low. There is a small gym and a pool, but it looks dirty. There are always short power outages, the internet is pretty unstable everywhere in Kanpur.
