Not good. Some maintenance worker don't even about facility. Some maintenance worker are saying (...) Is there and some even don't know. First the hotel should teach there worker what is available or not If the facility is not available the they should tell first

Excellent stay with great food quality . The emotions are new and spacious. The front office Mr Subhash was very polite and helpful.I would again come and stay in Blue Nile next time .Special mention for the special Suite where God of footfall Mardona stayed

Stay was ok but place was very noisy. Not an ideal place to relax. The quality of mattress etc was very old and poor.

There was no room service for the two days we stayed. The only time the hotel contacted us was to inquire about when we were checking out. Even though we reached at 6pm the rooms were not ready and we were made to wait for an hour. Good location
service was really bad

Property location is good, 1. 5 km from station, rooms are good, breakfast spread is good, need improvement in service, in room dining was bad, taste needs improvement for the price they are charging.

Seems like a reasonably new property but a lot of their fittings appear dated. My water closet simply wouldn't flush properly and you do not need a vibrant imagination to realise the results. The ac in my room too had a mind if it's own, choosing to work and strike work randomly. The buffet breakfast is very pedestrian and the coffee is horrendous (i'm a coffee geek so i might have a bias here. I didn't try other meals as there are plenty of good restaurant options nearby. Most of the staff seem unmotivated and unhappy at their jobs. Beware that if you select the third floor like i did, good luck sleeping as the 4th floor has a party hall where something is always happening and there are always people 'singing' off key into the microphone. This place is rated as a 4 star hotel but i think even 3 stars would be stretching it. I selected it only because i needed to access some nearby areas during my trip.

"i had the pleasure of staying at hotel blue nile, kannur for two wonderful days! the experience was top-notch, and the food was simply incredible. A special shoutout to chef vishnu, whose culinary skills are truly magical! the dishes he crafted were not only delicious but also presented with flair. Overall, i'm thoroughly impressed with hotel blue nile's hospitality, amenities, and exceptional food. If you're looking for a great stay in kannur, look no further! 5/5 stars from a happy guest"

comfy bed neat and clean room.
