I used it for business on weekdays. I also used it in February 2022, but it was a success regardless of the corona disaster. (It is crowded with business customers even on weekdays) The reason I chose it was that there was a large communal bath. It is easy to use it immediately when it is troublesome to fill the bathtub with hot water at the end of work. At around 22:00 pm, it is available almost in a chartered state. It is a bit far from MEITETSU Shin Kani / JR Kani station, 10 minutes walk, but the hotel itself is located in the center near the city hall. However, within walking distance, there are few restaurants other than taverns (about Starbucks on the other side of the road), and there are few choices for dinner. The facility itself is clean and uncomplained. Located in the center of the city, the night zone is quiet with few cars.
