I traveled as honeymoon couple. Resort did all arrangements perfectly to make my stay memorable. Beautiful ❤️ and spacious rooms. We stayed in standard room. Very clean and maintained rooms. Food and location is awesome. I love to recommended all ❤️ people to come here for your fruitful stay. Staff Rubia, Ashvini are very welcomeing!!! Thanks 😊

We were four friends with wives. We stayed for three nights and had a wonderful time. The staff is extremely responsive and the facilities are all excellent. Very comfortable rooms- clean, practical and luxurious. The swimming pool is well maintained and a pleasant experience. The food is par excellence- be it Indian, Continental, or local food. We did the village walking tour with Ashu as our guide. It was very interesting and educative. The Kaleshwar Mahadev temple is worth a visit . We went for a picnic lunch at the Pong reservoir- were provided with a tasty packed lunch by the hotel. Also did Jwalaji temple. We had the local Dham food followed by Malai baraf- finger licking good. Yummy stuff. We also had a Ghazal evening by a local troupe- which was an interesting experience.

I stayed in this hotel for 2 days (25th and 26th nov ‘22. I booked lotus suite. Room is spacious. Have a sofa cum bed, all modern amenities. The entire property seems to be a newly built. Have a lift. Have a spacious covered parking. Staffs here are very polite, humble and always ready to help. Not much options for breakfast but what we ordered from the kitchen, was served quickly. Taste of the food is delicious. Overall an awesome property if you want to stay very closer to bhagaunag temple and the waterfall.

Chokling ArtHouse has excellent location. Opposite Chokling monastery near all famous cafes, Bir landing site and also near Volvo bus stand with overnight connectivity with Delhi. Rooms are excellent, staff is helpful. Overlooks snow covered Himalayas and beautiful sunsets. Bir is famous for paragliding, but apart from that, there are numerous monasteries, ******* settlements, tea gardens, traditional Himachali food like kangri dham. ******* folks and Himachali people are very helpful and friendly. Bir is absolutely safe for women travellers. You can walk anywhere, it's scenic beauty everywhere (But beware of dogs. Local administration should do something about it). For taxi services, you may contact Bunty (Bir, Himachal)- 7018895504. Bunty is very helpful and will advise on your outings and further journeys. From Bir, I visited Barot valley which is mini Switzerland.

Amenities mentioned are not true. No bar no gaming zone only a snooker table and table tennis available. No kids playing area. Washrooms are not having proper functioning like no water in washbasin. Leakage in bathroom. There is no one to receive you when you enter the hotel. We waited for 20 minutes no one came to collect our luggage. The staff at reception is not so helpful. Management is not good. We were 6 adults and one kid. We have done the booking also. Manager said you guys are 9 people but have done the bookings for 6 only. That’s the hospitality of this hotel. After one day we were only guests left and at dinner the restaurant said that tandoori menu can’t be opened as the occupancy is low. We told at reception the person said that’s restaurants call. I said we have given the money for the all said facilities and amenities but the receptionist said no you have given only the room rent not for other things. In amenities list there is written fireplace and bonfire (paid. So we demanded fireplace in the restaurant to start they denied first and then said it’s chargeable. there is gym mentioned also but they said no its in shimla only. Food is also ok ok. Special mention for staff - night receptionist is not so helpful have a different attitude like we are demanding something out of this world. Rest all staff was helpful. Overall experience is ok. Management should be more concerned about customer. We felt that they do not care. The view is great though. Location is also good. Im not against the hotel but this kind of experience is new in 20 years.

I was stay in this hotel at last month with my wife. I loved my trip, there was an amazing staff and delicious food. Staff behaviour was so polite specially housekeeping manager Mr Rajeev Choudary, he knows very well how to handle guest and what is guest exception. Other staff of Housekeeping who did clean my room they guys were super they did litterly proper clean and proper set-up my belongings. I would like to definately vist again this hotel and i would say everyone you can stay this hotel and enjoy your tirp. Thanks team for making my vist awesome.
