不知道是因為近期雨水較多，還是一樓本就潮濕，總之很潮濕，寢具也很很潮濕，空調一直是開着除濕睡的。
空調漏水，地上的積水，如果穿酒店的拖鞋走路，很容易摔跤。空調的排水管是直接接到洗手間的，讓本就狹窄的洗手間，地上也存了水，長者去洗手間，有滑倒風險。
房間裏面有很多蒼蠅

隔音不好，隔壁説話聽的很清楚，走廊四點多就有人説話，並且是説了一個多小時，我不覺得值班前台聽不見，因為離前台特別近，服務就那麼回事吧，衹能説沒給臉色看，談不上好，沒有服務行業的熱情。

衞生間地漏堵了，洗澡水不好下。房間空間小，味道太臭，窗户衹能開一條小縫。加礦泉水1元1瓶。總體體驗感不佳。

很滿意的一次入住～～酒店地理位置優越～～～房間很乾凈舒適～～～洗浴設施也很全，洗髮水很香～～～前台接待員也很熱情～～～還免費給升級了房間～～～院內有免費停車廠～～～還提供早餐～～～下次還會選擇速 8 連鎖酒店！

每次來康平都選擇入住速八酒店～～～房價不貴～～～有前後兩棟樓～～～冬天入住供暖特別好～～～夏天很涼爽～～～前台服務人員態度非常好～～～還免費給升級了房間～～～房間環境也特別好～～很舒服～～後院有免費停車場～～～還提供早餐～～～交通很便利～～～酒店附近就有飯店還有超市，～～～以後會一直入住他們家，真的是太好了～～～
