酒店總體來説環境、位置與價格成正比。衞生巾乾濕分開，床品、毛巾乾淨，彈簧床睡着還可以，但床頭小桌下的地面看起來好久沒清理了，淋浴水量和水温都挺好，但地漏堵了，水會溢出淋浴間。

連着住了好幾天，感覺是康平比較乾淨整潔而且較新的酒店了，之前住的時候有的問題再沒出現過，所以感覺挺好

訂的家庭房，房間很大，設施都還挺不錯，就是酒店隔音效果不好，洗漱台和衞生間是分開的，靠道邊的房間車輛經過會很吵，房間內可能是剛裝修的有一股酸酸的玻璃膠味道，房間內電話沒有提醒客服中心電話，問了客服打掃人員告訴我們也不知道。前台工作人員很熱情！
