凌晨四點入住床單發黃第二天找他説是我們整黃的給換房，換的房間進去枕頭和之前房間一樣發黃，不作為，枕頭髮黃怪洗滌公司洗不乾淨！不解決問題，衹會推來推去，無法理解！令人感到不快，真是給康樂長臉！希望可以推廣出去！讓大家都看看，好環境！好服務！好態度！

衞生不是很乾凈，浴室的腳墊是捲起來的，我打開的時候裏面有衞生紙，和其他垃圾，還有就是熱水一會兒就沒有了，還有異味像是放了很長時間的水那種味道。退房的時候前台沒有，讓我找半天

⚠️⚠️⚠️🩸🩸🩸首先我預訂的房間在辦理入住時工作人員態度不好，房間裏甚至連個紙巾都沒有我們也沒説什麼呀！我不與計較最重要的是在我不在房間的期間酒店工作人員在沒有經過我允許的情況下進入了我的房間，我沒有退房裡麪還有我貴重物品，由於他們沒有經過本土同意進入房間導致我的蘋果手機丟失以及手機裏的重要訊息以及文件，叫工作人員上來他告訴我説這是他們經常有的事情，説客人不在經常打開房間進入房間，我想問這種管理，酒店這種安全性誰以後還敢住，誰會住，工作人員很理直氣壯告訴我這是他們常有的事情，（私自進入客人房間）他重複給我説這句話，酒店方沒有一個處理事情的方案！最後還是要被害方給意見給出處理方案，讓人難以接受甚至懷疑這家酒店對本身的管理。我希望以後入住的朋友們擦亮眼睛吧，出門在外還是安全最重要，別什麼酒店都住血淋淋的忠告教訓啊，算是給我上了一課，好像他們做的一切合情合理情有可原，反而住店的受害者是活該，自認倒黴那樣真的後悔住這裏，避雷

老闆格局很大，態度也非常好，衞生非常乾淨，洗漱杯子接熱水炸了，給老闆説明情況，做了免賠處理，就憑這點説明酒店在很人性化
