Hotels in Tagong Grassland, Kangding

A lovely hotel with a welcoming family as staff. It’s beautifully decorated in Tibetan style inside, and the rooms are very cozy. I wasn’t feeling well due to altitude sickness and the oxygen support came in very handy. Would highly recommend and re book!

The front desk girl was quite friendly and helpful and even replaced my room card for free after I lost it. The location was on the main road close to the temple and the grassland. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, but many of the lights in the bathroom didn't work and the shower head was erratic to say the least. Overall a nice hotel but I expect everything to be working well in a room for that price.

A good hotel in Tagong Grassland. The hardware is good, with diffuse oxygen supply equipment, air conditioning and heating, and electric blankets, which perfectly solve the problem of lack of oxygen on the plateau, rain, snow and cold. The viewing room, you can see Yala Snow Mountain or Tagong Grassland while sitting in the room. But the premise is that the weather is good. If you don't want to move, you can also deliver meals to the room from the restaurant, limited to cooking, which is still good. The only drawback is that the breakfast is a bit simple, which is a common problem and general level in western Sichuan.

The beauty of Tagong is so amazing. The front desk said that they recommend every guest to see the blue ice and experience the blue ice, because the blue ice is only available from December to March. The lake is frozen. On the grassland lake, the better the weather, the bluer it is, and the more picturesque it is. We came, but we need an off-road vehicle to drive to the lake, which is more tire-consuming. We went up with two off-road vehicles, which really brought a winter of happiness. However, we also strongly recommend that the hotel have a tour guide, so that even if you don’t have an off-road vehicle, you can still go and play after signing up and paying the fee. Otherwise, driving your own car will be too tire-consuming, which is a bit painful. Wow, the better the weather, the bluer and more beautiful it is, but you must keep warm. It will be very windy in the afternoon. Haha, it is really beautiful and worth recommending.

I booked a diffuse oxygen room, but I don't know if it worked. But fortunately the hotel provided an oxygen concentrator for free, which is really important. The oxygen concentrator is really great.

This is simply a treasure shop! I came here and didn't know where to stay. I wandered in here accidentally, looked at the small courtyard and made a reservation directly. Unexpectedly, not only did I not step into a trap, but I also gained an unexpected reward, haha! The style of the room is what I like, simple and comfortable, without too many cumbersome decorations and bright colors, and it feels like home. The boss also thoughtfully paired it with boiled tea, lemon slices and roses, which are not too fragrant. The key is that there is also a treasure shop in the courtyard, which has a sense of era. It is full of snacks that I loved when I was a child, including instant noodles, self-heating pot, drinks and so on! The whole room is decorated with great care, and it’s great to take photos with! When you wake up in the morning and open the curtains, you will see Tagong Grassland. It is not too comfortable! Friends, hurry up, this is an absolute treasure! If I hadn’t been rushing to travel, I would have stayed one more night! ~

Very beautiful accommodation, right in the grassland, with views everywhere and every window is a painting. The facilities are complete, the floor heating is very powerful, the bathroom has a large space for dry and wet separation, and there is enough hot water. I can wash my hair with confidence even if I dare not wash my hair on the plateau. The meal I booked in advance was very exquisite and I had a satisfying Mid-Autumn Festival night. The two black cats in the store are also very friendly and cute. When the moon comes out, they will come to tell everyone to go out and watch the moon😄😄 A very satisfying stay, expensive but worth it🥰

The inn is really great. It's a pity that the road is being built on the outside, but the boss is very nice and specially picked us up. There are hot water, oxygen cylinders and other facilities in the house. The whole thing is kept very clean. Eat Tibetan food around during the day, and the grassland is in the distance. Travel and self-driving are recommended. The boss is very nice 👍

The hotel is very new, so there are many problems, but the manager has solved it perfectly, and the problem is solved quickly. The parking lot is quite big, but there is no parking space when you come back late, you can park in the parking lot opposite the attraction. Free upgraded oxygen room, sleeping at night is very comfortable. The air conditioner is very powerful and the oxygen is very powerful. Living on the fifth floor is visually first class! ! !
