I am quite confused as to why they don’t provide laundry service as indicated on the amenities page.
I purposely had booked this hotel to get some of my clothes washed, and apparently there is no self laundry/ laundry service on site when asked.

第二次入住格薩爾酒店了，掛牌三星級酒店，在康定老城區，停車食宿逛街都很方便。這次專門從內地過來躲霧霾的，這個季節是康定旅遊的淡季，街上外地遊人少。這幾天的天氣簡直太好了，萬里無雲，天空湛藍，在這裏散步閑逛，心情非常舒服。

環境：在老城區內，出行很方便。最主要是有專門的停車位，這個在寸土寸金的城區內是非常重要的。所以我每次到康定來玩首選這家酒店。把車停在酒店 到情歌廣場看跳鍋莊，還是找當地的美食，在周圍都可以步行到達。真的很方便。
服務：服務很到位，有禮貌。
早餐:非常有特色，最喜歡吃他們家的米線，太美味了。還有酥油茶也很好喝。
衞生：出來玩最關鍵的是酒店的衞生，他們做的挺不錯的，完全不用擔心。

早餐好吃，酒店設施好，也很安靜。停車位緊張，他們也想好了應對措施，會幫忙泊車。距離溜溜河很近，又不會在河邊那樣太吵。

本來是預訂格桑花的，因為沒房了才預訂的格薩爾，酒店位置不錯、早餐品種豐富、服務態度非常好，特別是停車場保安師傅還幫忙預留了車位，這在車位緊張的康定已經非常不錯了！

酒店位置還好，房間很乾凈，有停車場，就是比較小，有電梯，但到酒店大堂需要爬大概一層樓高，酒店服務還不錯，康定這個小城市乾淨整潔，夜景很漂亮。

總的説來，沒有什麼不好的，當然也沒有什麼突出的地方，總體感覺就是貴了一些，不知道是不是康定的特色。早餐稀飯牛奶麪條都有，不知道是我挑食還是怎麼，不太合我口味。沒有人幫忙拿行李，雖然我自己也能拿。總之就是感覺在其他地方同等價位的酒店，可以做的更好。
