I am quite confused as to why they don’t provide laundry service as indicated on the amenities page.
I purposely had booked this hotel to get some of my clothes washed, and apparently there is no self laundry/ laundry service on site when asked.

This is my second time staying at Gesar Hotel. It is listed as a three-star hotel. It is in the old town of Kangding and is very convenient for parking, food, accommodation and shopping. This time I came here specifically from the mainland to escape the smog. This season is the off-season for tourism in Kangding, and there are few foreign tourists on the streets. The weather these days has been great, cloudless and blue. It feels very comfortable to walk around here.

The facilities are old and the service staff has a cold attitude. After checking in, I was told that the hotel pipes were broken and there was no water. I spent one night together and paid a deposit of 100. I checked out at 8 in the morning and did not get a refund until 8 in the evening! Too many pitfalls
