The staff are not really helpful
Location is also very bad as there is no restaurant around and there’s no food in the hotel the staff only have 1 noodle cup. Anyway the hotel is not too bad. I have been staying in 3 different Valatom i think other one is fine but this one is the worst.

We had a great time staying at this hotel! The room is nice and has floor to ceiling windows as well as a glass ceiling with retractable shades that made for an awesome experience of feeling truly immersed in the mountains. The views are great because it is up on a hill. However, one downside of that is the location is difficult to access and you cannot call a ride service to the hotel. But luckily, the owner was incredibly helpful with connecting us with local drivers who were able to take us on day trips and transport us to our next spot. Even after we left the hotel and were staying somewhere else nearby, she helped connect us with another driver to take us to Ya’An. Very grateful for all her help! She also let us use their washing machine to do laundry during our stay, which was super helpful since we were coming off a few days of hiking.
