非常之差，掛羊頭賣狗肉，房間照片和住的完全是兩個樣子，環境衞生也差，住進去房間還有蒼蠅到處飛，有蒼蠅的房間能乾淨到哪去？這個價格的房間還不如人家幾十塊錢的小旅館！

完全價物不等，衹能算是條件不咋地的的旅館。洗漱間沒有門；淋浴間沒有門，有簾子，破破爛爛臟兮兮；衣櫃半開，裏面備用的被子凌亂地塞在裏面也不知道是乾淨還是臟的；空調開了一晚上沒有暖和；被子也有破損。

服务员態度很傲慢，原本以為新开业才一年設備应该不错，毛巾破破烂烂的，浴室的下水管道开著的，整个浴室房间一阵阵的恶臭，广房间还小的可怜，

環境很棒，氛圍超級隨意，晚上到的，還找小姐姐要了一杯她自己做的梅子酒，早上起來還有鳥叫，空氣很清新，就是有點可惜到的這天晚上下雨，沒看的成星星，不過看到了電閃雷鳴，又是另一番刺激的景象

房間還好，停車方便，早餐不錯，就是房間不隔音，收拾房間保潔阿姨對講機説的什麼在房間裏都能聽得一清二楚，一大早吵的不行！

這家酒店由中式法式兩部分組成，分別在兩棟樓，相距100米，中間有酒店的停車場和一些其他商户。前台服務員小夥熱情幹練，停車場不小，警衞侯師傅為人熱情、工作認真負責。房間整體乾淨，衞生間乾濕分離。因擔心夜裡冷，給前台打電話要加床棉被，服務員很快就送來了。不足之處是餐廳服務不足，八點半到那裡，有些食品沒有了。問服務員，根本不予理睬。最讓人不能理解的是，我的車停在酒店停車場內停車位上，卻被當地一輛越野車颳了，我正和當事人協商解決方案，一位着酒店工作服的女士過來幫着肇事者説話，後來知道她是肇事者的孃孃。作為客户在酒店所屬範圍內遇到問題，即使酒店不是直接責任人，起碼也應該站在中間人的立場協調解決，畢竟是在你酒店管轄範圍以內。退一步講酒店不願意惹事，不願意參與調節，那也不應該站在你自己客户的對立面吧？讓客户一點安全感都沒有了，彷彿掉入了一家黑店。以後誰還敢入住你這裏呢？
