酒店不錯，我都是第二次入住了。下車幫忙拿行李，入住快，房間也乾淨，視野好。早餐很豐富，也挺好吃的。下次還來

黑青稞酒店真的是我們去了這麼多次川西新都橋服務最好的酒店。酒店風景也很美。房間設施也在當地算體驗感很好的。設備齊全。熱水洗澡都很舒服。而且衹要房間充裕都給帶小孩的升級。酒店的早餐也很不錯，還有現煮的米線現磨咖啡。對着雪景喝咖啡好治癒。剛剛入住的時候非常冷大堂就有炭火取暖，給客人準備了紅糖薑茶，露營遇到下雨凍慘了喝了馬上舒服好多都不留鼻涕了。房間提前就給客人開好了暖空調。而且吃早餐的時候遇到個很乖的弟弟，開始以為是工作人員的小孩後來聽她們説是酒店收養的孤兒。酒店真的非常人性化，我們一家人都覺得比暑假才去住的松贊體驗感更好。

非常美的藏式風格院落，川西秋色正好，來莊園一住，很喜歡。他家藏式餐廳的味道也很好，黑青稞牛肉炒飯、烤蘑菇、酥油茶等很Nice！

環境，服務都沒得説，很好，前面看了別人評價説服務好，還沒感覺，入住後才發現果然服務很好，前面那些表揚確實不是託，主動在大廳加木炭體温，積極幫拿東西，就餐幫照顧小孩，很主動積極，整個氛圍就是賓至如歸的感覺，絕不敷衍，老闆還收養了一個孤兒，值得尊敬，環境硬件就不用説了，看圖片就知道了

房間乾淨整齊，房間內有抗高反的葯物和咖啡茶葉都免費享用。非常難得的是床頭配備有製氧機。衞生間的佈置很温馨，提供有一次性的洗臉巾。值得一提的是他家的早餐非常豐盛，氂牛酸奶更是一絕。另外餐廳24小時都有餐食，飯菜非常美味，而且非常實惠。服務員們積極熱情，把莊園當成他們自己的家來打理，把每個客人當做家人來對待。

我願稱之為本次川西行中的酒店（含民宿）天花板！
首先説一下這家最弱的硬件部分，但其實也不是很弱。川西並沒有類似松贊或者麗世系列的酒店，如果拿這個標準來比，這家是不夠的。如果給松贊打90，這家的房間應該在85左右。但差的這5分可以用送的高反葯、葡萄糖和可樂補足。
酒店的基礎房大小跟松讚的基礎房差不多，但分區更合理。洗手間以及淋浴房更大一些。最值得表揚的是花灑，水壓非常大，水温熱以及非常穩定。隔音略有不足，晚上睡覺需要關窗。
其次説一下軟件。我從來沒有預計在川西能有如此高水準的服務，差不多可以對標國際五星品牌。而且兩位藏族服務員非常真誠。有時候雖然技巧不足但一定盡力做到客人要求。我們房間地漏堵了，不但來修好，還把水漬全部擦乾淨換上底墊和毛巾。
最後説一下早飯，雖然不能和度假酒店比但在川西也屬於非常優秀了。有吐司麪包果醬各種熱點以及先做的米線和水果（種類非常豐富）。遺憾是第二天為了趕路衹能打包。
酒店雖然不在新都橋正中心但是酒店餐廳遠勝新都橋那些餐廳以及路邊飯店。我建議住客可以天天在這家吃，菜餚不油膩，食材新鮮，價格也公道。我們吃得非常滿意。

國慶節期間來的，一下車就主動來幫忙拿行李，整體環境很有本地特色，細節做的到位，中秋節贈送月餅，高原地區要喝可樂，也贈送了可樂，門口有個小小的花園，可以休閑觀景，是一次很不錯的入住體驗。
