I made a reservation online and chose their home after comparing a few. It has an elegant environment, unique decoration style, complete facilities, dedicated parking lot, elegant dining, barbecue, garden and other supporting facilities. The service staff are also very warm and thoughtful. The room layout is warm, comfortable, clean and tidy. It is a good experience and worth recommending to everyone.

We arrived at the hotel early in the morning, and the lady at the front desk quickly helped us check in. The service was very good, and the cleaning was very clean and tidy. You can check in with peace of mind, the safety aspect is definitely great.

I booked 368 a night on Ctrip, and clearly stated that it was on the 3rd to 5th floors. When I checked in, I was told that Ctrip booked a room on the first floor only, and I would upgrade you to the second floor (bad review). There was a guest next to me who called to book. Yes, the money was transferred directly to the boss. The boss said that the one booked on Ctrip could only stay on the first floor. Also, we had two children and asked the front desk to get an extra pair of slippers, but they wouldn’t give them to us (this was my first time staying in such an arrogant hotel). The details of the room are too poor, and the front desk service is also poor, arrogant! I had no idea it was getting so many good reviews! Bad, bad, bad!
