Unrestrained Youth Hostel

There are public bus inside Kangding town..very convenient…number1,2 pass the hostel🚌

The owner is great and helps more than the standard. The hostel is very good maintained. Everything is top quality. The communal erea is like a living room and there a family feelings. In the second floor there is also a table if someone wants to use his laptop or something else. There is also a place to hang the laundry. Higley recommended.

The hostel is clean and quiet. I saw the owner and his family clean the place, even the stairs so I trust the cleanliness. There is a spacious common area with tables and chairs. The owner doesn’t speak English but we had no problem communicating through WeChat. The owner helped me with finding stores in town for supplies and trekking information about Gongga shan. He even texted some drivers to help me find a ride to the trail head. The location is quite close to the intercity bus stop so after your bus ride you can easily walk here. It’s a bit far from the city center but that allows you to walk the entire city to see the scenery. Overall highly recommended.

Really enjoyed this place. Everything is new and clean, great atmosphere. There’s even fire in the common area in the evening.
