We had an exceptional experience at this hotel, largely due to the incredibly responsive and helpful staff. From the moment we checked in, they were attentive to all our needs and went above and beyond in every aspect of our stay.
One incident that truly stood out was when we lost our ID. The staff immediately jumped into action, helping us search and even keeping us updated throughout the process. We were so appreciative when they successfully found it for us—it made our trip stress-free and memorable!
We can't thank them enough for their outstanding service. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable stay with a team that genuinely cares about its guests.

從成都出發，折多山堵了兩個半小時，進新都橋3.6km堵了一個多小時，到達別院都已經是晚上十點半了，前台小哥哥很熱情、幫提行李，房間的水壓很足、浴巾都是一次性的 👍 附近吃東西很方便，房間裏還有製氧機，安靜舒適的度過了高反的第一晚，白天窗户望出去還能看到白塔。期待下次試試他們家一樓的獨棟房間。

先説結論，很滿意。1.酒店設計時尚，我不喜歡藏區那種藏式風格的酒店，給人感覺很壓抑。2.看得出老闆是在用心做酒店，配有哈曼卡頓音響、戴森吹風機，這個別説在川西，就算在內地也是五星級才有的設備，而且早餐也很有特色，所以衹要看得出老闆用心，這酒店肯定差不了。當然如果你非要挑三揀四，那大概率會花更高的價格，卻住一個還沒這個好的酒店。3.服務很到位。前台小姐姐很客氣，服務很好，遇到的所有工作人員都彬彬有禮，應該是一種企業文化，給人感覺很親切。總之就是很舒心啦
