We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, largely thanks to the incredibly attentive and responsive staff. One of our friends experienced altitude sickness during our stay, and the staff went above and beyond to assist us. They were so helpful, checking on us the following day to ensure we were okay. This level of care and concern made a huge difference in our experience.
On top of the amazing service, the hotel is beautifully decorated and creates a stylish and comfortable atmosphere. Every detail has been thoughtfully designed, making it a pleasure to stay here.
We highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional service and beautiful ambiance!

The environment and services are good. It's relatively close to Zimei Pass and the accommodation conditions are better than there. There's no high reflex.
