Terrible experience, borderline with a scam. Me and my wife booked the best available room (270° view) with private hot-spring pool into the room. We took the decision looking at the pictures published by the hotel and the description of 270° view on snow mountains: "Tangxia Ge 270° Snowy Mountain Luxury Private Hot Spring Room "Misty Hot Spring and Stunning Mountain View". I don't think we have to comment what we found, everyone can compare the pictures they publish and the reality. The view is obstructed by buildings and no privacy at all because people from other rooms can look inside your room so, while using hot-spring you have to close the curtains. About the hotel hot-spring public facilities everyone can judge the status as well. On top of this when we arrived in the afternoon the hot-spring pool in the room wasn't working (no water). The service said to wait 10 minutes, then at 22:30 they said can't fix the problem. We advised the service there wasn't toilet paper in the room too. Toilet paper never arrived. My wife is Chinese, so no one can claim there was language barrier. We booked two days, we left immediately the second day at 9:00 a.m. without taking breakfast. May 1st holiday ruined, the hotel refused to refund the money nor give compensation.

Incredible experience in the hotel. Extremely good service. We asked twice for the hot springs and they run it just for us both! The room was amazing and the breakfast was also good. I maybe missed a bit more fruit. Thank you very much!

趁孩子補習之前的小假期我們就在網上瀏覽到並預訂了這家民宿。他們室外的帳篷房特別舒適我們三家人還可以在樓台吃小火鍋房間佈置温馨雅緻，窗外一片綠色孩子特別喜歡。服務還特別好，從前台到保潔人員都熱情又貼心，主動幫忙規劃周邊遊玩路線，還贈送了特色冰飲。早餐種類豐富。
