The staff were so rude; not helpful The rooms were DIRTY! Sheets doonah all stained. The room smelt of mould and dirty water. You get 1 roll of toilet paper for 3 nights stay in a 3 bedroom unit.. you have to purchase your own. There was someone’s personal belongings in the laundry $200 bond told we would receive it back on check out. We still haven’t received it back, have contacted banks and have been informed the hotel hasn’t released it. Location is the only perk

The room was not clean, the tiles were greasy, the mirrors smeared, there were cockroaches and one of the rooms smelt like stale urine. The beds were very uncomfortable. Just do not book here, as when we complained to reception about the state of cleanliness, they sent the cleaning crew in who did clean up the dead cockroaches, but didn’t change the greasy tiles, smeared mirrors or smell.

Found the staff so very friendly and helpful. Great location with a cafe next door for breakfast. Sadly spa was under repair but hey s..t happens. Lots of restaurant's and bars near by for dinner and live music. Outdoor area was very private with a garden surrounds. Would have loved a city / bridge view but am very happy with the stay. Will book again !!!!
