Worth the price eventhough its Seri Malaysia. Some facilities have been upgraded. The service & hospitality was very satisfying. We ordered fish & chip for two days straight cause my kid live it so much. Big protion. Swimming pool was also good. Will come again next time.

Arrived @ 1pm and the room not ready yet. Around 1.30pm the hotel call and we can check in . Booked 2 rooms. They gave us ground floor as coming with olders. Room okay well maintained. Tv has lot of channels to choose. Bathroom got hot water. Wifi also good.

We have choose the right hotel for our family vacation. The room and amenities are suitable for the price we paid. The swimming pool is big and clean surrounding. The receptionist were friendly. The thing I like most besides the hotel the is beautiful jogging track at the foot of Bukit Lagi. So beautiful.

poor service in the restaurant, looking at the staff face, I felt not being welcome but the restaurant is opened and we are hungry. After made my order, it took them a long time to realise the meal was not available. Then after more than 30 minutes, our order stil not ready. We had to leave without eating. They had the audicity to suggest to pack the meal and yet the meal was not even ready. This super slow service is not tolerable since we are the only people there. We could have our lunch somewhere else.

I got my first room (single bed) and it got a cockroach...and then i ask them to change the room because of it...now i got a new room (1 queen bed and 1 single bed)....
They give you 1 single access card only...
Better choose other hotel if you all want to stay di perlis

it is good location with free parking, suitable for work..compare to other hotel that give you same range price..you might feel less amenities here

Hotel location is not far from town. There is a pool for kids open till night. Car park is free and safe. Been here many times. It is one of the best hotel in Kangar. Breakfast is good.
