Oshu is my wife’s hometown where she hasn’t lived since high school. We took a long holiday there in July-August, with our daughter, and stayed the whole time in the Plaza Inn. The hotel has one suite on the top floor, which we occupied. It has a spacious living room and a separate bedroom, with wonderful views over the town to the mountains beyond. It was a very comfortable stay of over two weeks. The place really felt like home. The only complaint I might have is that the hotel could use some renovation. Although it nowadays is a nonsmoking establishment, some of the public areas still have a faint odor of cigarette smoke from bygone years. The hotel has two restaurants, as well as a cozy coffee lounge. We’d eat breakfast at one every morning. It’s comfortable and the quality is good, although the Western style breakfast selection is somewhat limited. They also serve Japanese and Chinese breakfast. The Western style restaurant is a popular lunch spot, especially among local ladies. The Japanese restaurant, Kikusui, is one of — if not — the best in town and also very cozy, serving a variety of smaller and larger Japanese dishes, as well as a great selection of sake and shochu. Plaza Inn is located in what can be termed the “new center” of the rather sprawling town with a great variety of good restaurants and shops within a walking distance. There’s no doubt we’ll stay there again.

This is my second stay. Last year I stayed with a friend, but this year I stayed with my wife. Last year, I visited again because I wanted to stay with my wife and I because the dinner and breakfast were so delicious and beautiful. This time, both meals were excellent. I ate so much that I didn't even need lunch. The bath is for a small number of people, but since it's not a large inn and I don't think you'll be sharing the same with other guests, there were no problems at all, and it was well-cleaned and comfortable. The room we stayed in this time was new and clean, but the 6 tatami room was small for two people. Although it felt like the minimum necessary for two people, it was a comfortable accommodation. In addition, Motsu-ji Temple and Rengeo-in Temple are right outside the inn's parking lot, so the location is great, and you don't have to use the Motsu-ji parking lot, it's convenient, and the inn's location is easy to find. . Chusonji and Hiraizumi Station are both nearby, so it's a convenient inn even if you don't have a car.

It's good to be close to the station, but it was February when I went and the sidewalk was snowing, so it was difficult to move with big luggage. There is no convenience store around, so it is better to arrange it somewhere for a midnight snack. Immediately after entering the hotel, there was a small shop space, but there are few products. It is cup noodles and sweets. The room is small but clean and quiet. The bed was relatively large, with low repulsive pillows, and it was comfortable to sleep in. The bathroom and toilet are also clean. Amenity is minimal. Thank you for the shampoo rinse. Breakfast is served on a basic plate. There was also a small half buffet. I think it is a good hotel for those who want to use it reasonably.

Very close to JR North Station, very comfortable, the clerk service is very warm. There is a convenience store at the station nearby. If you check in after 9 o'clock in the evening, it is best to buy delicious drinks in advance.

It is a very luxurious hot spring filled with water when entering because it is hot because the hot spring is drawn by the pour in the yufune of the cherry blossoms. The skin was wet and comfortable. The room is my choice mistake, but the room was a bit small because it was ３ people including the elderly, and the bedding was inconvenient with the futon even though it was a Japanese style room. All the meals were very delicious and comfortable with the hospitality of the staff. There is a large aspect of the Aoki without the corner in front of the entrance and it is said that it is enshrined as a God. I came back to the staff to take a family photo in front of me.
