One adult and one 12 year old child paying 26 US dollars per night with breakfast and lunch is pretty good. I got the upgrade for free with balcony. The wifi was not strong. The tv has no hdmi connection. The bathroom is old and needs updating. The breakfast was good but I did not try the lunch or dinner.

The only thing is the location, in the ancient city. But the hygiene is very poor, and the entire corridor and rooms are filled with the smell of oil smoke because of the hotel below. Not recommended at all!

Hotel room not clean, deluxe room is so small that it can't even have space to fit two trolleys. Not worth the price they charge for that room. Terrible experience

Price worthy. Room is good and food is really amazing. We had dinner and breakfast buffet here. Items were truly yummy. Clean wash rooms.

The hotel is located at a walkable distance of 10 mins ( 750 m to 950 m) from the kandy railway station and kandy bus depot. The staff of the hotel is very polite, friendly and helpful and they speak english (which helps tourist. The rooms are spacious and neat, local market and many restaurants are located at a walkable distance of 2 - 3 mins.

Irecently stayed at this hotel 5 days and unfortunately had a disappointing experience due to the unprofessional behavior of the staff. SACHINI (front table staff).They seemed uninformed and unhelpful, which made my stay frustrating. That five days room service they don’t come clean my room. Bathroom was very smelly. Wasn’t match the photos they post on site. And air condition it’s not works well . Mini fridge is not working,I hope the management addresses this issue for future guests.
