A haven on the hills We are so happy to spend again a wondetful day here at sky pavilion. Thr staff is so helpful and smiley and we fell so happy and peaceful. Tha food here is absolutely amazing. Very clean and comfortable room.we would definitely recommend this place to eveyone travelling to kandy.thank you guys so much for your wonderful hospitality and all the best to everyone here. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sky Pavilion! The staff (especially Priyantha) were incredibly kind and went out of their way to make our experience in Kandy special - they had amazing recommendations for the local area - and also made our time at Sky Pavilion so memorable. All meals we had at Sky Pavilion were delicious, in particular, I highly recommend doing a candle lit dinner on the top floor balcony, we enjoyed dinner while watching the sun go down with stunning views as far as the eye can see. The rooms and common areas are lovely, our room even had little star lights built into the ceiling, which at night made it look like you’re staring into the starry night sky. Highly recommend!

We had a lovely stay at sky pavilion kandy big aand modern room and bathroom . Extrimely comfortable beds. Very frindly and helpul staff made the stay very comfortable .the location of the hotel was great the view the balcony was impressive .overall was had a fantastic time at the sky pavilion and would highly recommend to anyone looking and relaxing stay in kandy

Beautiful place with panoramic view. Amazing view from the bedroom we had. Family bedroom was perfect. Staff was good and friendly. foods were excellent. Everything was great. Very quite place and better for a family stay. Pleasant stay, comfortable rooms and well equipped.

We had a great time in Sky Pavilion. They offerred us a superb service. Magnificent location ,tasety food, nice amentities, quality and clean rooms. Highly reccomand for anyone who love to have a memorable spent. Mr. Priyantha Peries, the manager offered an individual attention and thank you for your great hospitality 👍

Sky Pavillion has one of the most beautiful views, compared to many other hotels in Kandy. We enjoyed the views so much, and we wanted to extend our stay for 2 nights. However I had the most awful and frustrating phone conversation ever, with your 'Sales Manager' with regards to extending our stay. I was in shock, as I have never expected such a rude and ego centered response from a staff in hospitality industry. I highly suggest that your staff should be given a training to change their attitudes and in handling customers delicately. Once again it is an amazing property but your guests will not enjoy their stay, if you do not take immediate action to improve your customer service (specially staff's attitude). PS - ground level staff were helpful, which made our stay somewhat comfortable.

We went to Sky Pavilion for the weekend away with our friends and we had the most amazing time there. The staff was wonderful and friendly. They gave us an early checking and make sure we will have everything we wanted even before we arrived there. Rooms were super nice. We had privacy and whole place to ourselves. On the second night they arranged an amazing bbq. The view to the hotel was so cool it helps us to get away from our busy life. Worth the every penny we spend on there. Highly recommend.
