Pretty hotel but the staff are rude. Stood at reception whilst he scrolled on his phone with no acknowledgement. Was given a key and no further information about the hotel. Went to the bar to get a hot drink, guy told me he would be five minutes then asked his colleague to make it. She disappeared and started sweeping. No sign of the drink. After 15 minutes waiting I left.

nice view, comfortable room, nice staff, very delicious dinners 🤗🤩 We thank the Adler hotel for our comfortable and peaceful rest. We will definitely come here again. The room was comfortable, cozy and clean, we were given rose bath salts for the jacuzzi. The meat fondue dinner was very special and tasty.

We stayed here as an overnight destination from hiking in the Alps. Very nice welcome, accommodation in line with expectations and very clean overall. People are friendly and accommodating, especially appreciated opening the breakfast 30 minutes earlier to allow us to leave in time for hiking ! Our kids also loved the fact there is a billiard table in the basement.

We had a booking for 3 nights only to be told on our arrival that we were expected the next day so we were put for 1 night in the neighbouring hotel. For the rest of 2 nights we were upgraded to the suite from a deluxe double room. The suite was clean, spacious. On our second night there was no hot water so we were unable to use the jacuzzi. When reported to reception we were told they have put the water on so if there isn’t hot water in 15-20 minutes they cannot do anything about it. In the end we had water after 11pm. The receptionist on the evening was very abrupt and rude. Would not recommend breakfast, very few options to none. The restaurant is nice but most of the staff are saying they don’t speak English.

At midnight the staff desided to make a party with music blasting through the whole building. After telling them TWICE they lowered the music, but in this old building it doesn't matter, since you hear everything through the walls. The whirlpool is a nice gimmik but nothing more. It's way too small for a grown man. Also very questionable concept letting in all the cold air and heating it up again in these times. The bed is good. The floor in the toilett is freezing cold. I DO NOT recommend to stay here.

We enjoyed every minute of this hotel! It was very cosy and beautiful. The room was spacious and warm (it was very cold when we were there). The staff helped us enormously and gave good tips. From this hotel, Oeschinensee and Blausee are easily accessible. Breakfast was not very extensive but the quality was good. Top stay here!

I love this hotel. Convenient location between the train and the trail to the Lake. The reception is VERY helpful with local hiking information. On-site restaurant is very attentive. The room is pretty perfect: clean, nicely decorated, full mini-bar fridge, deck with a view of the sunset behind the mountains, but the best…a jacuzzi that moves from inside the bathroom to the deck, with the push of a button. Words can’t describe this experience, just book a room and give it a go!

We went to this hotel with the loveroom package. The concept is nice, the room was clean and nicely decorated. The meal lacked much finesse but the products were good. The service is great whether at the hotel reception or in the restaurant. Breakfast in the room is great.
