Excellent and unforgettable experience with blue lake, blossom of different fall colours, peaceful environment and delicious & elegant dining by lakeside as well as starry nights. This would surely a place to stay in your life. The restaurant and hotel staff were friendly and helpful which made our stay perfect! Don’t forget to visit the nearby area like Kandersteg with beautiful mountain and cows!

My wife offered me a week-and as a birthdays gift. And what a good idea that was. The natural surroundings are breathtaking (alone the lake with its crystal-clear water was fantastic, and so are the mountains. The hotel in itself (we were in a side-building in chalet style, very cosy) looks a bit old, but ours was brand new and very comfortable. We had a balcony looking directly on the lake... wow! The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good. The dinner too, even if the service was a bit slow (but then we were at the beginning of the season with not too many clients). Of course the trout of their farm is a must, but the rest was also local stuff which I always appreciate.

It was one of the best experiences that I have ever. Everything is gorgeous but the best thing is the way that people treat you. I felt like if I was in a dream and I would like to say thank you to everyone who works there. I have plans to be back soon.

Stunningly beautiful nature park with a beautiful hotel and lake in the middle. Whether walking around the lake exploring, or taking advantage of the hot tub, steam rooms or pool, this resort reeks of luxury. The staff was wonderful, very accommodating and the breakfast that was included was delicious.

What a wonderful end to my trip! I saved this till the end of my trip to end with a little bit of luxury. Absolutely brilliant from when I arrived - all the staff were so friendly (which was refreshing as my previous place weren’t too friendly) They gave me a different room to the one I had booked (a better one!) which was a brilliant surprise! The room felt luxurious and homely with a view of the gorgeous lake :) The spa facilities are brilliant (and were super quiet due to assuming it being ‘off season’ - there was only one other person I saw in there but on a different room) so I had the hot tub to myself. The cosy lounge is just that, it looks so cosy and beautiful For breakfast there was a large selection of things to choose from and was super quick service. I very much recommend this place - wish I could have stayed a little longer - thank you so much!

The place is beautiful, the forest is magic and the lake it's fantastic. If you want to have an unforgettable weekend, this is the right place for you. The S.p.A is perfect and the restaurant is really good.

We expected more of this hotel. Our room was outdated and the mattress was very too soft . However, the bathroom was charming, clean and the room too. The dinner was tasty. The staff was friendly except bad experience of having a remark by a middle age waitress who did not appreciate that we asked to change our table because it was too cold outside. I also recommend Gabriella’s massages.

Magnificent hotel nestled in a natural park around a magnificent lake in the Bernese Oberland. The hotel is splendid, our room with a view of the lake truly offers an idyllic relaxing setting. The Spa is just perfect, with Hammam, Sauna, Jacuzzi, rest room, perfect to end a day of visiting the region. The breakfasts are of a 'palace' level and I don't mince words with an impressive à la carte choice (including trout raised on site in different forms) served in small portions to avoid waste but can be ordered as you wish! And the staff is just wonderful, kind, smiling, professional! A little nod to Ute who gave us great advice on walks, tourist points to do in the surrounding area. Nothing beats the advice of a local, and everything was great to discover. And the park is just magnificent with beautiful little walks around which join hiking trails, BBQ facilities, outdoor chairs to relax, a children's play area... a paradise for families or people who want to relax. recharge. We will come back with pleasure!
